I'm a guy of course, but I just don't get why its such a big deal to put it down. If a girl left it down, I wouldn't care.

I know, I know, it sounds incredibly obvious. But let's really think hard about this. I believe in God, but I don't believe I deserve to go to Hell for my sins, because I am still a good person. I am honest and I treat others with respect. Check out this answer that was posted to my last question, where I asked if it is required for me to believe I deserve eternity in Hell in order to be a Christian:

"Linz, I'm sorry you think you haven't done anything worthy of being separated from God... You must be just an utterly fantastic person -- kind to everyone, loving all the time, always humble, always pure in thought, always giving of yourself to others.

Personally, I'm a screw-up. And I need him. "

NO, I'm not PERFECT, but NO, I don't deserve Hell either. Can't any Christian agree with that? Maybe you're too scared?

I ask this because a few minutes ago, I asked a reasonable, polite question: Christians: can you back your religious beliefs with any book other than the bible?
If so, please list

One person said they dont have to and dont want to, another said that commentaries supporting xianity are out there..and the other believer said its just common sense.

Not one of them answered the question. What does that say about them and their beliefs?

Has a question no value of its own?
Is not the process of pondering the question itself not where the truth strength of mind is?

..... I'm just going to think on this awhile.
It doesn't matter if you respond or not...

[And no, this question itself isn't some self-reference to the site we're on.]

I'm a lesbian, and my girlfriend is very aggressive when it comes to sex. She would always come on top and hold my hands down so that I couldn't move. I usually try to overturn her but then we end up having a fight in bed....... How can I be more aggressive?

I had a dream that I saw both Heaven and then Hell. I was up in Heaven and everything seemed serene and the people were happy. The music sounded like a synth orchestra and the air smelt like oranges. I then went to Hell and there was fire and people that looked like the bad guys on the original Doom were shooting eatch other close range with shotguns and fire was everywhere. The air smelt like New Mexico's (JP jet fuel, sulfur, and crap). What about your experience?

I'm of the assumption that God has created other beings like us but that they do not exist in our realm of existence, meaning we could never see them and they never see us. Perhaps we could see them in heaven. Its just an assumption though. Its fun to think about.

I'm aware of the studies that show atheists tend to have more education. I'm aware that more than 90% of the elite scientists in the world are atheists. But does that necessarily mean that everyone else is stupid?

Sam Harris doesn't think so.

A man of good character is not drawn to female guile, having little use for the appeal it has for other men. A guileful female has little use for this kind of man, because she knows she cannot have her way with him.
If she wants to control a man, a woman must be of easy virtue, quick to recognize a man's ego worth. The favor of her body completes this slavery to her spirit.
Now, isn't that right again ladies ?
