I would think the ones that came from the Sumerian Religions, the oldest written story or poem is the epic of gilgamesh on stone tablets that is still in existence today, though it is not a religion but does reflect several things and events that did occur, such as the flood and seeking eternal life, but after looking up the Dravidianism, I will have to revise that as someone suggested.

Hinduism, although there may be a few others in out of the way areas in the world. I'd suspect that the Australian Aborigines that still hold to their old ways would be the oldest.

For those that said Islam, read a history book! Seriously Islam didn't start until the 5th century BCE, and there is no archaeological evidence for it before that.

Teachings might have differed. But all the religions bare the same message, there is Only One God and He should be Worshipped. God has send messengers to all nations, who taught this same message. Later on man begin poluting religions with his own ideas, and God kept on sending messengers to call people back to the truth. Hinduism teaches that there is one God, but it's follower worship numerous Gods. Jesus said that there is One God and He should be worshipped but again it's followers have taken Jesus himself as God.

Islam on the other hand teaches, that all messengers taught the same message of the Oneness of God so did Jesus. Islam means "acquiring peace by submitting ones will to God", so did Jesus say to God 'that I want your will to be established on earth like it has been established in heaven". That is Islam, submission of ones will to God and surrendering to Him alone, the religion preached by every messenger.

Those who say Hinduism is the oldest religion they should know that ‘Hindu’ is actually a Persian word that stands for the inhabitants of the region beyond the Indus Valley.

the san, basarwa and !kung people of the kalahari are probably the most ancient people, genetically at least. they still practice animism and shamanism. they seemed to have arrived in the area where they live now about 20,000 years ago and the rock paintings seem to indicate that their beliefs have remained pretty consistent since then.
