The Catholic Church is the one Church founded by Christ, with a true priesthood, valid sacraments, and the fullness of truth. Episcopalians are one of thousands of manmade churches without a true priesthood or valid sacraments (except baptism), and teaching partial truth as all Protestant churches do. Also, while Epicopalians used to be considered fairly close to Catholicism doctrinally, they are now becoming increasingly liberal and moving farther away from truth with each passing year, approving homosexuality and abortion, ordaining woman, allowing openly homosexual clergy, etc. Currently Lutherans are closer to Catholicism than Episcopalians are.

Episcapols have open communion, allow women in the priesthood and don't have a history of putting the nuts to little boys.
