Exodus 21:20-21 – "If a man beats his male or female slave with a rod and the slave dies as a direct result, he must be punished, but he is not to be punished if the slave gets up after a day or two, since the slave is his property."


Colossians 3:22-24 – "Slaves, obey your earthly masters in everything; and do it, not only when their eye is on you and to win their favor, but with sincerity of heart and reverence for the Lord. Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for men, since you know that you will receive an inheritance from the Lord as a reward. then why would he make a terrible sinful Earth? Why wouldent he just make a perfect world where we could all be happy? why would he send people to a terrible place place called "hell" just because we dident say some prayer. If he really exists and he is perfect why would he even ever make "sin"?

In order to COVER something (anything) you must cover it with the oppisite....

Lets say for example I am a lunitic considered by thoughs who don't believe in god because I am a believer of god,right.
And I hid secret messeges in my bible (that I made to look just like a regular bible) to communicate with my fellow members of my group (YEAH)...No one would believe that ,right. I mean No, that just wouldn't be possible, because god would just strike us dead for making such devious, fraudulent, devilish evil things, right?

Like, suppose you're in love with a man / woman, whatever suits you, and he/she's perfect. Well as close as you can get to perfection, but he or she denounces the existence of god (like i do). Would you put him or her for the choice of either conversion or leaving ? And suppose he or she wants to get married (if you asked) but not for the Church, would you cancel the whole thing ? I realized that I am gay, the nervous start to be stronger.. everyday I wake up with cold feet and my I am afraid of that.. after I told my mom the reason that I never had a gf because I like guys.. she creamed she told all my family and cry and cry.. after that she takes to the psycology she told her I am gay that woman told her I was confused, but after that I said her I am not confused, she told my mom she doest believe nobody were born gay, the gays made himself maybe I made gay because the envirioment, well I live in mexico, after that I thought the anxiety will be over, then she took me with another doctor and this one doctor told me being gay is a mysteri dont know the cause, after that she took me with a psquiatra..but this one same the thing being gay is a mysteri but he told my mom he wished not have a gay son.after he give me medications but I dont feel better.. he doesnt help me in nothing to go to doctors here it's expensive and hard to find a good doctor in my small tow

do you think it is wrong for people to change the Bible to fit their own needs and desires? and if yes, do think it is wrong for people to follow these people and read from these Bibles?

i have many Christian friends who say that the Bible has been changed, so they can eat pork, and do other things, that originally they could not do. i am Muslim and it is haram(very bad) to change the word of Allah, so i was wondering if it is bad for Christians too. because for us once you change the word of God it is no longer the word of God, do you agree?

i don't want to debate the Quran or Bible itself, i just want to know the Christian stance on people changing it. because i know Thomas Jefferson wrote his own Bible, so did King James- i can't remember the reason why he did, but i do know he did, and so did King Henry i can't remeber which one. but people still read from these books and consider them God's word event though these people have changed it.

do you pick the verses that fit with your desires and throw the rest behind your back like it never there? you pick the verse that says "me and God is one" which litteraly does not mean Jesus is God, but it can be explained as Jesus can't do or say anything except with God permission. did Moses worship the trinity or only the God who sent him?

According to Richard Dawkins' book "The Blind Watchmaker" the theory of evolution says that God is like a blind watchmaker who designed the world. I haven't actually read the book because it had too many big words. I'm just assuming that the theory of evolution claims that God is a blind watchmaker because that assumption helps my argument.

The idea of a blind watchmaker making the entire universe is the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard. My uncle was a watchmaker until he went blind. After that he couldn't even design watches anymore. Are we expected to believe that a watchmaker who went blind was capable of designing the entire universe? Of course not!

God is not a blind watchmaker, but an intelligent being who can see. God's sight was crucial to creating the universe. If the theory of evolution predicts that God is a blind watchmaker, evolution must be false. Since creationism is the only alternative, it must be true!

Today I got spammed by a Christian liar. Not all Christians are liars, not all liars are Christian, but this was a deliberate LIE on her part.

Often, quite often, Christians complain that non-Christians hold them to a higher standard, but I am seriously asking why on earth non-Christians would be interested in following a religion that Christians clearly struggle to follow?

I am not interested in changing religion, but I can say most assuredly that I am deaf to the sales pitch of people who don't seem to be buying what they are selling themselves.

Seriously, if you can't be bothered to follow your religion, and you're the type who thinks I should follow your religion, don't you think that you should follow it first?

Why should I buy something when the salesman clearly wouldn't?
