Why don't they bring a bag with them and pick it up? I don't let my family members **** in the neighbors yard. Why do people let their family dog **** in mine?

Despite what one guy said...dog poop is not good for your yard and does not fertilize the soil. It leaves dead spots after you pick it up and I don't care what they did in the 30's.

Cuz they don't want dog sh*t in THEIR yards.
I had a neighbor who would walk her dog late, late, late at night and let him crap in my yard. I finally saw her one night. After she went home, I went out, with a plastic baggie, picked up her "package" and took it to her house. When she opened her door, I said, "This is yours. I have a dog, and don't want YOUR dog's sh*t in my yard. I thought you left this by mistake."
Word got around, I haven't had another neighbor's dog even pee in my yard since then.

Because they are rude and inconsiderate. A responsible dog owner and polite person will bring a bag to pick it up in, and then throw it away.

I always picked it up as a good neighbor and the cops would issue tickets for that violation

A lot of people think that others are responsible for cleaning up after them! Or they think they are doing you a favor by fertilizing your lawn!
