these happen with believers and non believers, all you have to do is search "near death experiences" on the web to read thousands of examples. How can you explain this?

Can and does God use someone who smokes? IF a person smokes does this disqualify them from leadership? What scripture (besides we are the temple of the Holy Spirit) can you give me that really exposes why smoking is against God? Can a person lose their salvation from smoking?

Consider this finding, recent studies on Chimpanzee behaviours revealed that chimps, unlike human, doens't spite.

Two chimps were observed. They both were seperated by a glass wall. The first chimp was given fruits, bananas and all kind of goodies, while the other chimp wasn't given any. The chimp acknowledged that the first chimp got a banana and everything, yet it never really did show any signs of spite or jelously. It simply accepted his condition.

So, from this view, you're gonna say:

A> Chimpanzees are morally better.
B> Chimpanzees aren't smart enough to know what's going on.
C> Tell some story of Chimpanzee brutality that mirrors human race's actions.
D> Cucumber.

I know there are different views to these two books but having read some parts of both of them. Would you not agree that they both aspire to the same meaning. Both the Qur'an & the Bible mention preparing for death and what awaits us upon death. Living a good life and being judged upon death by God Almighty. They both mention Heaven, Angels & Hell for the non believers.

So, I guess the question I'm asking is - Are they both the same Heaven, Angels, God or are there two different places somewhere out there upon death.

Some one calls up saying they are a jury duty coordinator, wondering why you didn't show up. You argue, saying you never got the notification letter.
Because it's against the law to refuse duty, they play it off this.
They can correct it, providing you give them your information, like social security number, date of birth, etc.
This is when your identity gets stolen.
Heard of it?

let me give some background. i have a girlfriend. i am 21, she is 20. we currently go to the same college; thus how we met. i have been dating her for 9 months now and every now and then we run into conflict of interest.

i am an agnostic, and her family is very much so roman catholic. she goes to church every sunday, prays before dinner, no sex before marriage, etc. i am in the school of engineering and have learned much more science than anyone would ever want to. while i enjoy destroying her arguments of faith with my powerful knowledge of science, history, and common sense; i need a safe stance for her parents.

she used one of my arguments on her father for the fun of it and had no knowledge of the argument to back it up. it seems her parents like me alot even though they found out we had sex(oops), but now ill probably have to defuse a nasty argument next time i see them.

someone please give me a safe stance to work with; and please don't preach to me.

Great Pyramid of Giza, in Egypt ? From much research this is what I have found to be so. He the founder even has his grave in the form of a Pyramid..with the WT ingraved in it. If this is the case..then wouldn't that make the Founder of your religion Pagan? ..Wouldn't that alone make you want to question your beliefs...Plus the fact that your Bible agrees with the Catholic Priest Johannes Greber ..in the translation of many of your scriptures..He got his information from Spirits that talked through a boy..this boy shook vilolently as he relayed the information..John 1:1 he said should be "a God"..the spirit told the boy this..
With this information alone..which is all documented..wouldn't it make you question and make sure you are serving God in the right way..
The devil does make himself and angel of light and people who are being decieved by him are also presented this way.

Ask an atheist to imagine a hypothetical situation where God DOES exist and they'll answer without too much fuss. Ask a theist to take a hypothetical situation where they're wrong about ANYTHING with regards their beliefs and they'll often refuse to or insist that they can't. How are you supposed be open to alternative idea's if you can't even IMAGINE that you may be wrong about something? I'm aware that this problem isn't universal by the way.
