My friend and I are having a debate about whether or not women get offended when men stare at their breasts. I don't mean in conversation but say you're walking down the street and the people walking by are looking at your chest.

That makes me feel a lot better. I walk past a lot of women on my way to and from work at the train station and I can't seem to help but look at their chests. I try not to stare in the hopes of not being caught looking and offending anyone but I just love to look.

There is nothing wrong with just looking, but staring can be offensive to some women. However, there are some women that "ask for it" by always wearing low cut tops that show cleavage!

Well I will answer this one. I think that some women want the attention and almost suggest that you look at their breasts. By this I mean the clothing they wear. I don't think a woman should be able to complain when half her breast is hanging out of her tank top. Sorry ladies but it's the truth if you don't want men starring at your breasts cover them up. Now with that said I will tell you that it no longer bothers me to have my breasts starred at (I have always had large breasts). I get starred at no matter what I am wearing but I do cover up when I am out in public. My breasts are for my husband to look at only. Just take into consideration when you are starring that you will be starring at someones wife, girlfriend, or daughter.

We ladies know that you guys can't help it. When I first met my guy, when he was talking to me, he spent an awful lot of time glancing at my chest. He kept looking from chest to face, chest to face. He still always does it. But now I can say something, and I love teasing him about it. He gets a little embarrassed.
As far as strangers go, there is a point if the person stares too long, the woman starts to feel uncomfortable or gets angry, because it is very rude.

Of course we're not offended, and don't believe any woman who tells you she is!

It only becomes offensive if the man in some way or other gives us the idea that our only role in life is to provide visual stimulation. You'd like it if once in a while they looked at your face and smiled at you. But offended? No way. No more than you'd be offended if we stared at your big muscles!

God was generous to me in that department and I do like it when I think the guys appreciate my figure!

It is in human nature for men to stare. It is a part of life. Women should not put it all out there and not expect people to gawk.

When guys stare at me I ask them if they want a picture. In not bothered by this, your gonna have to touch me to get my attention.
