WHOO!!!!!

ive been at my current job for the past 5 years. during that time, i have been divorced, met some financial difficulties, etc etc. We have parties here at work for different people who are celebrating events such as baby showers and marriages, new jobs etc. they want you to give $10-20 for each event. well, me being a single parent, its sometimes hard to give that much money when we are having parties every month (sometimes 2 times). the girl in charge of the party planning seems to catch an attitude if i offer to give $5.00 or whatever i can.
it really offends me because i have been here since our business has opened and i have yet to have a party or any type of celebration and some people here have had 2-3 parties. i have gotten a divorce:no party, had some hardships: no party, gotten my hair cut : no party!! i prob wont remarry or have any more kids so therefore there will be no party for me. but i will have spent $1000 on parties here...

am i being selfish?

Matthew 27:3-5
When Judas, his betrayer, saw that he was condemned, he repented and brought back the thirty pieces of silver to the chief priests and the elders, saying, "I have sinned in betraying innocent blood." They said, "What is that to us? See to it yourself." And throwing down the pieces of silver in the temple, he departed; and he went and hanged himself.

Acts 1:18
Now this man [Judas] bought a field with the reward of his wickedness; and falling headlong he burst open in the middle and all his bowels gushed out.

Matthew said that Judas committed suicide by hanging himself while Luke said Judas fell off a precipice. Note also that Matthew said Judas gave the money back to the chief priests while Luke said that Judas used the money to buy a plot of land.

Which is it? Did Judas throw the money down in the temple, or buy land with it?

Yes, yes. I know some of you might consider the US, for example, a "theocracy". I'm really wondering about formal established theocracies.

You can do anything you want and then just say "Jesus already died for me." How convenient. Christians don't have to take responsibility for anything they do.

Why does Jesus have to be your scapegoat? Why do you have to dump all your mistakes on him and make him suffer for them?

What God wouldn't be into blood offerings?

It began hundreds of years ago, when the Church changed the Bible. . .

The "New Testament": Pagan revenge

Between G-d's own miracles and the Jewish teaching of His Word, the pagan priesthoods of Egypt, Greece, and Rome were steadily losing their power over the gentile populations. They decided to fight back by creating a new religion, one that would claim to be the fulfillment of the Hebrew "Old Testament," yet would bring back the pagan lies in a new disguise.

Thus the "New Testament" was written, in Greek rather than Hebrew, and attached to the original Hebrew scriptures to try to change their meaning back toward paganism.

The "New Testament" tried to change G-d from One, as in the Hebrew scriptures, into a "trinity" as in Egyptian cults or the eastern religions of Hinduism and Buddhism. It described Jesus as G-d in a human body, like the pagans always described Pharoah and other wicked kings. It declared G-d's Law to be a "curse" that no one can truly obey, announced that there must be a "mediator" between G-d and man, and pretended that salvation could now be achieved outside the Law.

To blind the gentile nations, the "New Testament" also warned people not to learn from the Jews, declaring that Israel no longer possessed the true, complete Word of G-d.

In the Bible, the book of Daniel warned of an evil power--a false religion--that would believe in the true "G-d of fortresses... plus a god its fathers did not know." This religion would "speak bizarre words about the Most High, wear out the holy ones (the Jews), and plan to change the festivals and the religious Law."7 The Christian Church has indeed replaced Passover with Easter (the pagan holiday of Astarte and Ishtar) and Hanukah with Christmas (the pagan winter holiday).

Since then, Christian paganism has expanded to include Christmas trees, Easter eggs, and so forth.

Polytheism: The concept of god where multiple forms of the One deity can exist at one and the same time Independently of each other but still be considered (as being of) one spirit.

In other words --- If the Son, Father and Holy Ghost were ONE DEITY then blaspheming one part would automatically mean it was against all of the ONE DEITY.

The only way to blaspheme one part of the Trinity without blaspheming the other parts is to have three separate gods which is a Tri-theism or Polytheism.

"And everyone who speaks a word against the Son of Man (JESUS) will be forgiven, but anyone who blasphemes against the Holy Spirit will not be forgiven." (Luke 12:10)

so my neighbors decided to be extremely loud and rowdy and let little kids scream and yell at midnight less than 10 ft away from my bedroom window and when i go outside to politely ask them if they could keep it down because i need to go to work they tell me they are having a wake (the guy died a week ago from old age). They basicly ignored me and i ended up calling the cops. Since when do people drink and party until 2am (thats when it finally stopped) when a family member dies?? And little kids running around at that hour of the morning being loud? Was i wrong?? Am i wrong?? When i told them it wasnt very neighborly to be loud outside at that hour they told me i wasnt neighborly to ask them to be quiet during a wake (at 12:30am). Whats with people anyway???

Jesus says in Revelation 3, "Therefore if you will not watch, I will come upon you as a thief, and you will not know what hour I will come upon you."

Now read Daniel 11 if you havent already:
http://www.biblegateway.com/passage/?search=Daniel%2011;&version=50;

Read 10 and 12 if you wish to know more.

What does Daniel 11 describe to you? What do the North and South remind you of? There are two different views of this chapter, either all past events, or past and present events leading to future events, and the end. To me, it seems alot like current events (North:US, South:Iraq), even though ive also heard the other side of the story about Antiochus Epiphanes, which seems very similar to the prophecy also. Im trying to understand this prophecy, so please give me your ideas.

It makes the purpose of this life (which is a test) useless.

Satans greatest goal is to make mankind break the laws of God.

What better deception than to make people think they dont need to follow them anymore !!

We will enter paradise by the Mercy of God and not by our deeds, misdeeds or our sacrifices or the sacrifices of anyone else.
