Your Sunni brothers and sisters respect Ali Ibn Abi Talib رضى الله عنه and recognize Him as a Caliph, a good Wali of Allah, and the First young man to believe Muhammad our beloved Prophet صلى الله عليه و سلم.

Wont it be fair that you show some respect the the Companions of the Prophets loved by your brothers? is it proper for a Muslim to hate another Muslim who died 1400 years ago? I say; a Muslim is not a hater.. fullstop!

What do you think?

Children have more exposure and their overall personality is developing. Communication skills and analytical skills are improving. The future of India is going to be in the right hands. We are seeing the success.
However what happens to our culture. It is going to change drastically and worried of loosing its charm.
Like youngsters don't respect elders. Teachers and Gurus are no longer given due respect.
Forgetting happiness and going behind money all the time.
Relationships are breaking. Women getting exposure is good. But power women are going for divorce and becoming lazier.
Men are preferring living in relationship. Marriages are going to be broken often.

I personally think so, as they don't follow Islam and have called a lot of their culture Islam. They've also incorporated their culture into Shariah, such as death for apostasy, when Islam says to leave them alone. What is your take on this? Have you heard of the following before?

"Offices in the Islamic states were given to those who were best qualified, regardless of their beliefs or backgrounds. For example, Ibn Athal, a Christian physician, was the private doctor of the caliph Muawya, the founder of the Umayyad state. Another Umayyad caliph, Abdul-Malik Ibn Marwan, appointed two Christians, Athnasius and Isaac, to top positions in the state of Egypt. Adud Al-Dawla, an Abbassid caliph, made Nasr Ibn Haroun, a Christian, his prime-minister, giving him authority to rule over Iraq and southern Persia."

Jesus said "Do unto others as you would have them do unto you". Leaving aside absurdities such as suicidal people being olbligated under this rule to kill others, but by using using this rule to put ourselves into the shoes of another, does the Golden Rule provide the best and ultimate means to resolve ethical questions?

Why is worship of a 'God' so important to some people that they set aside special time for prayer, study of religious texts, etc.? Why is it necessary to worship a 'God' who supposedly already knows your heart anyhow? Is it a form of self-hypnosis? Me thinks so . . . how about you?

and now has killed 2 of them? I find that disgusting in inhumane. Why did they do this? There is just too many evil people in this world. They are nice people those Koreans, and yet evil are out to get them. I like that passage in the bible where it says "Vengence is mine" says the Lord, "I will repay" Amen to that. There is no better vengence than God's. I heard a few weeks ago these christians were hung upon crosses by the Islam people and had a rope tied around them and set a light in fire. These people that say Islam is peacefull, I do not agree. Then they go and blow themselfs up and say they are doint the will of God, when God says "Thou shalt not Murder" This world chritians is on a downhill sprial and fast. It has now gotten to the point of no return. I cannot wait when Jesus returns to the earth, he will rule the world with an iron skepter. And the ungodly will be no more. Christians did you know it is becoming more at risk of living in the world as a chrisitan. I remember the

Personally, I like Mahatma Gandhi's quote "An eye for an eye makes the world blind", but I wanted to ask if you have heard of this before? What do you think about the fact that the wronged who was not a muslim was told to take revenge?

"The son of the Muslim governor of Egypt once had a horse race with a Coptic man, which the Coptic Christian won. Angry, the son of the Muslim governor lashed the Copt with his whip. The man brought his case to Omar Ibnul-Khatab at the time of Hajj, the annual Muslim pilgrimage. In front of the general assembly of Muslims, Omar gave his whip to the Coptic man, saying, Beat the one who beat you. Then Omar scolded Amr, the boy's father and conqueror of Egypt, saying: When did you enslave the men who were born free by birth?"

I want to be a Journalist. I want to work in news. I want to spend my life researching, writing and reporting. That is all turning out to be more difficult than I expected. I am 24 years old right now. I got started late in college because I joined the military right out of high school. Now, I am close to finishing a two-year degree at a community college, and I am trying to get an internship of some kind at any newspaper. I'm doing free-lance writing for a county newspaper, but I have only been given three stories for the entire summer. Anywhere else I look, it seems I need a BA and three years experience before anyone will even talk to me. How can I get my foot in the door of Journalism when everywhere requires a foot in the door for an interview!? I like writing. Every teacher I've had in college has told me I'm an execellent writer. What else do I need? I'm mostly worried because I don't think I can afford to go to a university.
