I had a friend of sorts for three years who changed right away after afew years. She was my best friend with a heart who I could share my secrets with. We were both studious in English and had a same goal. We allways enjoyed reading the same books and doing same sports together. But after awhile she became a far cry from what she was within afew months by a foe.

While her mom thought it was my fault I was in the dark knowing about nothing, so her mom forced us to break up and I was in hot water for some months. But after a while I could undrestand how to iron out the problem, got her out of my head, saying farewells forgood.

War greed and poverty blight the world today couldn’t a political movement with enough momentum gain power in enough countries to collectively, redistribute wealth, wipe out borders and negative competitive practices, educate equally, promote a corporate conscious and stabilise population problems with similar policies to china, creating a prosperous world without war greed or poverty and keep the proven class and reward structures that work well in this country? Is nt that what children think is so obviously what should happen but adults are too blinded by their environment to follow through?

Can someone please post the verses that tell us about the Bible being the sole authority and the only means for learning about God and salvation? You do not need to answer unless you have the chapters/verses. That's all I need.

You have to be pretty devolved to reject the distilled wisdom of 150 years of study by some of the wisest minds on the planet. But somehow they still think they know better. How can they ignore the correlation between academic achievement and acceptance of evolution?

And would anyone not possessing an overabundance of chimp genes look to answersingenesis for instruction on such matters? Surely only defective DNA would allow someone to think that just because it doesn't make sense to *them*, it must be wrong?

Imagine if they applied the same personal incredulity to their doctor's diagnoses: microscopic animals are eating my genitals? Ridiculous!

Only babysitting/helping families in the neighborhood that I know. I would tutor kids once a week up to an hour long, possibly 1.5 hours. I would tutor any areas of concern, given by the parents. I'm in honors classes, and I'd mention that on the flyers. I would babysit any day, never at night. I'd be a mother's helper whenever. I still can't decide on which job. My parents don't like the tutoring idea, but it's the only thing that our neighborhood doesn't have yet. I want whatever would hopefully pay most. Thanks for the help!

Obviously most theists believe that some sort of God created existence. The cause behind our existence is the most common question that religion tries to answer. I think a more important question however is why anything, including God, exists at all. Even if God is eternal, why does he even exist in the first place. I would like to take the question of why we exist to the next level and ask why anything exists at all. Because when you think about it, God may be necessary for our existence, and the existence of God may be necessary for something to exist, but in the grand scheme of things, both God and existence is unnecessary. Any opinions???

The Koran teaches that god is initarian (One God and not trinity), that Jesus is a man not God, and Salvation is by works and they are uncertain if they are really saved.
The Bible teaches God is Trinitarian (Father, Son, and Holy Spirit) One God in 3 persons, Jesus was God manifested in the flesh, and Salvation is by grace. Christians have assurance that they are going to heaven.
So if these teachings are so different then how does anyone say they believe in the same God?

Hi:

I was wondering if someone could explain Psalm 30 1-15 for me. I want to make sure that I am interputing it correctly. Sometimes in my bible the wording is difficult to understand.

Thank you so very much, I really do appreciate it a lot.

Be safe and be well

I met this guy off the internet for sex last nigh; he turned up, & due to one embarrassing thing after the other, we never got around to finish off the act. Anyway, afterwards, we begin to chat and he turned out to be a really nice chap, and we have lots of things in common, and he has the sort of personally I really like, and not bad looking to boot. Anyway, he headed off home at about 6ish this morning after the usual promises about keeping about in touch, and as he disappeared around the corner, I let out a deep sigh and didn’t really think I would hear from him again. Later this evening, I got a simple text message from him, asking me how I was; I sent one back, hinting, that if he was free for a beer sometime…. I got a simple, sort of positive, answer back in reply, seeming to say that he would take me up on the offer. I’m not sure if I’m allowing myself to get carried away by this, or does the manner of our meeting, rule out anything further out.
What do I do? And how, if I do?

I've noticed that more people spell it wrong than right and it's a real pet peeve of mine. If the word is a contraction (shortened version of two words), it needs an apostrophe. I know doctors and lawyers that misuse this
