"Complete loser" says to me that you see life as a game, it can be, but if it is consistently, then you need to do some more of that stuff you call thinking.

First I would ask Jesus into my heart, then see a psychologist to talk out the feeling that you were a complete loser. No one is a loser - there are good things about each of us - after all, we are made in the image of God, Himself, and God does not make losers.

Been there, done that. You can surrender your soul to God, by whatever name you choose to call Him, but you alone can choose life. You surrender your Self to no one. You take charge of yourself. See yourself from a different view -- see yourself as your Source would see you -- and you would realize no one, not even the filthiest wino on the street corner, is a loser. Change the way you think and feel, and you will change your life. Have at it. It's a beautiful thing! Good luck.

Yourself. I feel very strongly that we have tight control over our lives and that the outcome of our day is a consequence of our attitude and personal choices. Life is too short to wait for someone to pick us up when we fall. If you want a good life, go get one. I truly believe that simplicity is the key to greatness. People tend to make life complex when it shouldn't be. I think it's essential to be open-minded, otherwise you'd be missing out on the world.

A psychiatrist. Not a psychologist......a psychiatrist. And do it soon. I am tired of "bad things" everytime I watch the news.

yourself.
no one can know you better than yourself, and you are the only one who can understand what is going on and what needs to be done to make it better.

I'd see a psychologist and try to change my self-image.
