All religions speak of angels. We all have a guardian angel who watches over us to protect and guide. Some people have seen their angel. Anyone ever see their angel, if so, how did your angel protect you?

How many gay, lesbian, or bisexual people do you know? Do any of them walk around wearing a 'homosexual' banner? Do they approach you to spread the news that they are, indeed, gay? Do any of them at all tell you what they do to whom in their bedrooms?

The reason I'm asking is because there seems to be this misconception in the christian community that gay individuals advertise their sexuality. This just isn't so. At worst, they show their sexuality in the same way that straight people show theirs, by dressing and acting accordingly. Do you get upset with the pretty woman in the front row of the church who has on a nice dress and lipstick, maybe showing a little cleavage? How about the straight guy that goes to the beach without a shirt? Do any of them really 'advertise' their bedroom behavior, or are homophobes simply afraid of what is different?

Lastly, is it really gays that advertise their sexuality, or are homophobic groups advertising "deviant behavior" to blame?

I often think of celebrities who can't even go buy toilet paper at the store without being followed or having their picture taken and I think about how awful that must be.

Sometimes it is so nice to go somewhere and nobody knows you. I would hate to ever loose that.... therefore I don't think I would ever truly enjoy being famous.

me "once I go black I'll never go back" and talk about "black pride" and "black power" .. I am a married white woman. It just seems totally contradictory to me. It's just not my thing and I am not predjudice. I typically see people for who they are.

Ok Iam a Christian. A true believer in the first degree. Yet my mother raised me with the manners not to shove my beliefs down other peoples throats if they are uncomortable with them. I respect other people's beleifs and such. So Why Why WHY am I by simpily being Christian accused of trying to convert Athiests? (ecspecially when I am only defending why I have my faith) And Why are they continuiously trying to shove THIER ideas down MY throat?

Okay, here is my deep thought for the day...

As a Christian, I believe in God, but I also have this theory on why God does not answer every prayer. So please bear with my while I explain this.

Did you ever see the movie Bruce Almighty, where Bruce, now possessing all of God's powers was give the responsibility for answering the prayers? Did you see what happened when he gave a "yes" answer to every request?

Now, look at a God saying yes to every prayer from the total perspective of all time and the entire population, not just on how it affects those people who are immediately involved in that situation (and yes, I have lost people close to me). Think of the ramifications if every person who ever died never did, every time someone suffered, it would be resolved, or if nothing bad ever happened to anyone simply because we called upon a God to save us.

Should God answer every prayer the way we want it??

Should any God answer all prayers the way the people want them to be answered?

There was a time we worked together for a common good to move our people forward. Now, it seems we're falling even farther behind the lines and between the cracks. I know there's no magic answer, but we need to start looking for any answer to rebuild pride, power and purpose in our people . .

I don't see how you can consider an article about 7/7/07, that is 777, and not mention the book "777 and Other Qabalistic Writings of Aleister Crowley" or "Liber 777," the book which was written by Crowley and to which this more recent work published by Samuel Weiser, Inc., refers. Did the writer not know, or did the editor insist we were not to know anything serious about the magical value of the number 777?
