Why would I care? Can he get me in free? Can he get me to the front of every line? Can he get me a t-shirt for free?

Jesus wouldn't be standing in line at wallyworld, he'd be at Home Depot asking customers for work, and the majority of you Christians would treat him just like you treat the day laborers.

Jesus isn't coming back until it's time for Him to rule this world and He will be coming back in a glorious cloud with so many angels that we couldn't begin to count them, so He isn't going to be standing next to anyone at wallyworld or anyplace else. That having been said, the Apostle Paul saw Jesus after He ascended to Heaven and he says that Jesus stood by him while he was on trial although it is not entirely clear if he meant that it was in spirit or some sort of sensing of his presence or exactly what happened.

What is clear is that when Jesus was on earth for 40 days after He was resurrected from the dead He had to make Himself known to people who knew him in some cases. So He has the ability to conceal his identity or reveal it as He chooses.

Luke 24:24 Some of those who were with us went to the tomb and found it just as the women had said, but him they did not see."

25 And he said to them, "O foolish ones, and slow of heart to believe all that the prophets have spoken! 26 Was it not necessary that the Christ should suffer these things and enter into his glory?" 27 And beginning with Moses and all the Prophets, he interpreted to them in all the Scriptures the things concerning himself.

28 So they drew near to the village to which they were going. He acted as if he were going farther, 29 but they urged him strongly, saying, "Stay with us, for it is toward evening and the day is now far spent." So he went in to stay with them. 30 When he was at table with them, he took the bread and blessed and broke it and gave it to them. 31 And their eyes were opened, and they recognized him. And he vanished from their sight.

Hi Sean,
Jesus will not stand next to anyone when HE returns. HE will be standing as we kneel in front of HIM for the Judgment. There is a test coming. Are YOU ready??? Grab a Bible and begin studying. Have a great day.
Thanks,
Eds

No, But, I would bet you he has been beside us more than you think. Jesus taught that what you do unto the least you do unto him. He said that so you would treat everyone "beside you" as though they were him. If you don't believe in Jesus it does not change the moral. Treat everyone as good or better than you want them to treat you. if everyone did that... WOW. what a world this would be. Sorry, I have a sudden desire for a Coke. Lets all sing.

Yes, I would. I've felt the presence of Jesus and there's no mistaking him even if he chooses to take the form of someone else. He comes with a peace and love unlike any other you'll ever feel. It's unmistakable and completely, overwhelmingly beautiful.

Yes, because Jesus wouldn't waste a second on anything for himself. He would most definately be spreading his news to others.

Jesus has a strong presense. Just praying makes it feel strong in the room.

YES

I (JESUS) am the good shepherd; I know my sheep (Christians) and my sheep know me—just as the Father knows me and I know the Father... (John 10:14-15 NIV)

You never know. I think many people would be surprised.
He might be the slovenly dressed dude who smelled of alcohol. He might be full of tattoos. He might be a well-dressed businessman (although I doubt it). He might be someone who just looked like you or me or anyone else.
You never know, do you? It's wise to treat everyone well.
