If you honestly accept Jesus as your Lord and Savior, then you have salvation. Some of us are weak and drift in and out of sin. We go from moments of being righteous and feeling spiritual to moments of being sinful and feeling wicked and guilty. You have to hang in there and pray and ask God to strenghten you against temptation and sin. You might need the support of other believers, or even professional counselors to help you - but God will be there right by your side. Remember Christ already died on the cross for all of the sins you would ever commit, so God is not going to push you away. Just stay close to God, and rest assured that your future fate is to be ...close to God. Peace.

A wise person once said - Forgive me my sins LORD! and do with me as you will -

First of all keep the commandments and you shall LIVE. Second of all know that we are all sinners repent and ask forgiveness and the LORD will have mercy on you. Also TRUST in JESUS knowing that HE is GOOD and MERCIFUL if we TRUST in GOD's MERCY we will have it.

Also check out the beattitudes. And Matthew Chapter 25. To know what will come on Judgement day. Those given the promise if THE KINGDOM are the poor and teh martyrs for CHRIST. The rich are sent away empty. We are told that as you have done and not done for the least of JESUS' brothers you've done so and not done so for JESUS CHRIST. This is the measure of our LOVE for JESUS and it is how we will be judged. The merciful are shown mercy. The meek inherit the Earth. The peacemakers are THE CHILDREN OF GOD. The clean of heart shall see GOD. All this is in the Gospel of Matthew as to how we will be judged . .. from the sermon on the Mount . .. Matthew Chapters 24 and 25 tell us a great deal about the last things of the Earth and of the final judgement. It would be good to meditate upon the Beattitudes and Matthew Chapter 25 and then think critically about your life . ..

-LOVE your nieghbor as yourself
Amen

Oh I am born again - I would still be ashamed tho- I have let the Lord down during my walk with him.I don't always say the right things , I have not always read my bible daily, I pray most all day - through out the day.I could be kinder to others.I could stop answering stupid questions in yahoo answers- you know the bible tells us not too answer foolish questions. But I get in the flesh and answer anyway. Then I need to repent.
and to Michael on first page - we don't have to earn Heaven- it's a free gift of God -

I would like to think "God Know's my heart, wants to be NOT backslid!!" But satan, keeps sending those demon's everytime I even get close to My Jesus, and attack's me DOUBLE and TRIPLE at times!! So much so, that I'm like "God where were YOU???!!!" But I continue to be a "Believer" and always will !! NO one on Planet Earth, will ever change my feelings about my God, not ever!!! I pray everyday, I tithe still to "Feed The Hungry Children" which is a Christian Founded Organization!! And I pray every night with my youngest two children.. Faithfully!!! I quote scripture in my prayer's with them!! As well as keep a "Prayer Journal" and I try to be giving of myself as much as possible, and without it being in vein.. I try to be the best as God would have me to be.. I also watch church on tv, sometimes, and my heart wants to go too my old church, but my daughter always wants to go to her church, so we end up not going.. AT ALL!!! I will plan to make some changes very soon in my walk with our Lord Jesus!! Because I do feel like the end is NEAR, all the time, and have even prayed for God not to allow me to be backsliden, when that time does come.. I prepare my children all of the time about asking God for forgiveness, and searching their hearts. So, I think overall, we all would go to Heaven.......I do have my doubts, but I also pray thier is an "In Between" place for believer's who are backslid, but are doing everything in their power to be close with the Lord.. I want to believe that with all of my heart that their is, anyway.. Great Question, by the way!! And very corageous of you to ask!!! Smile!!! And may God Bless You Abundantly for you curageous heart!!!

I don't believe in fate. I am in control of my destiny. Only insecure persons put value in fate and like to be told what to do.

I hope that I'm going to heaven and I'm trying to insure that, but can't be sure. God will have to decide my fate, and he's the only one that will.

If I saw Jesus I would convert to Chrisitanity without a 2nd thought but there is no reason for me to. That religion does not work for me so let Jesus take a vacation

If one's firmly stuck onto their beliefs, nothing can shake the hell out of them! Our worst ennemy is our low certainty about what we think right or wrong!

I'd be in Heaven, with my twin sister, my parents, and everyone that I love who has died and gone before me.
