.........will they be replaced by atheism and paganism, with those two groups far happier to accept each other than most modern religions are?

I find it interesting in here that atheists and pagans seem to get on quite well and share much common ground.

Will this trait lead toward these two groups becoming far more dominant in the near future?

After God created Adam He put him into a deep sleep. Upon waking Adam found Eve, his dream come true. From the beginning God created woman as man's helpmate, the mother of his children, of his own body, but different.

There is a woman who is not God but of His own body, His mother Mary. She chose to be perfect and became the perfect channel of love into the world. The Bible recounts many of her perfect choices. Of them are her choices to be God's handmaiden and the mother of His child, of His own body but different.

Christian women can choose to be perfect channels of God's love. We may choose to be his handmaidens serving His Body the Church. We may choose to have His children, children of our own bodies baptized into His Body. We may continue to choose to be a member of His Body by practicing our Faith. Through this Faith we can be the perfect conduits of His love into the world.

Doing all of this are we put down? No, we are God's dream!

it's not fair, I'm gonna be 20 next year, I'm about to be a college sophmore, I can't seem to fit in with the college party crowd, well I go to a community college, where there are no dorms or fraternitires or sororities, but I see people who get invited to parties by people from 4-year universities like San Diego State, UC Santa Barbara, all the Arizona Schools, & those people go to community colleges like me, even the one I go to, that is not even nearby those schools, I've been struggling to become more social, it's hard for me to make friends in community college because you don't see the same people everyday, people have different schedules. I'm half-white, half-mexican, but I look white & act white, but I seem to become friends with mexicans very easily & I struggle to become friends with white people, I wanna become friends with because I see that they have more fun, is not everyone meant to party?, cause thats what I've heard, or maybe God doesn't want me to party.

Jesus was a wino in the bible, and some people say "It's not Christian to drink alchohol!"

well from what I recall in the new testament either paul or James said that drunkenness is a nono. So it's alright to drink a little bit occasionally but not to the point of getting drunk?

I have heard figures around 2.2 million American persons currently in prison in this country and wondered if the numbers went up because of children that were born in the 1970s. I heard in 1972 that the number of people in prison was 150,000 or 300,000 and that now in 2007 it is 2.2 million. But I wonder if the majority or a substantial number of people currently in prison were children born in the 1970s. I say that because I can remember being in high school and middle school in the 1980s and how some the kids (all of them 70s born) had behaviour problems with other students, teachers and parents. I can also remember some of the fights and arguments and scuffles these 70s children had with one another and wondered how are they going to cope in the outside world. Does anyone have a clue?

I am by all means no christian but from reading the answeres for a few days now I can't help but question the sincerity of the majority of those from people who claim to be athiest. I am not bashing athiesm either, but rather trying to understand them better. From the outside looking in I can't help but wonder if the system is to just answere as briefly as possible to gain enough points to ask more redundant questions. Charles Taze Russell was the founder of the JW'S.
He claimed to have had high scholastic ascendancy, recognized theological training,( systematic and historical), working knowledge of the dead languages (Greek and Hebrew)
Rev. J.J Ross exposed Russel for who he really was and Russell took this case to court. Now listen to the case.
Attorney Staunton- Do you know the Greek alphabet?
Russell- Oh yes.
Staunton- Can you tell me the correct letters if you see them?
Russell- Some of them, I might make a mistake on some of them.
Staunton- Would you tell me the names of those on top of the page, I have got here.
Russell- Well I dont know if I would be able.
Staunton- Are you familiar with the Greek language?
Russell- No.
Russel denied many doctrines of the bible- The trinity, the deity of Christ and etc...
Judge Joseph Franklin Rutherford was next after Russell and he was no better. He ended up in the Federal Penitentiary for for violation of the Epionage Act.
