I'm 15 and i got saved and started going to church when i was 13. my parents or any of my siblings have never been to church with me. i've asked them to go but they are either too busy (parents, but i don't consider that an excuse considering they have 12 kids), or don't want too (my younger sibs, I'm the oldest). so i figured i might be able to take my 2 yo sister. i asked my mom and she didn't care. but is 2 years too young? i would be in the adult service, and she would be in the nursery (it's a medium sized pentecostal church and i know practically everybody) on Sundays, then on Wednesdays i would be with the youth group and she would still be in the nursery. my mom's ok with it. but i don't know if she is too young to understand anything. what do you think?

My daughter is 9 years old and has autism. In the beginning of getting a diagnosis, life was a series of questions.

We have speech, occupational, massage, physical therapy as well as routine doctors appointments every 3 months, but I have learned to appreciate her for who she is.

She is a beautiful, energetic, inquizative child. She makes you smile. She is happy with simple things and she is so trusting. I am so proud of her and her accomplishments.
I see so many times, parents saying, OH POOR ME, but I just wanted to take the time and say I love my daughter as she is and living life through her eyes, makes the world a better place.

I also have a "normal child". My son is 7 and spectacular.

Life is good. Even if a child has a disability. It isn't what you would choose, but there are blessings in every child.

I can't remember the story that pastors often mention that someone wait for God to help him out but God came in 3 instances and he still waiting and miss the 'boat' till God clarify he did when he went to heaven.

Do you have the correct version?

This here... My favorite name for the Devil. Dont go towards the lightwhren you die!

For you un-latin folks, that means Lord of Light and it comes straight from the mouth of a demon as the name of satan. Which is why I like night better.

O.K. Something happened to me last night while just thinking.First let me tell you,I do not drink nor do drugs,at all.I have always considered myself "stable"No meds,so no need to joke.O.K.Last night,as I was laying in bed contemplating the cosmos, infinity, things I always dwell on.Suddenly, although for that period to me,time had no meaning. For a period,I became aware of everything, past, present, future.I could sense, feel every other piece of matter and energy in the universe.Crap.It's hard to put into words. It wasn't particularly religious in nature.I don't feel like I saw god or anything.Just for a period,I was a part of everything. That is the best I can put it into words.I cannot any longer remember all I knew at that moment, just that it was everything.I have always been a very feet on the ground atheist.I do not understand what happened.Has ANYONE ever experienced anything similar?I haven't even told my spouse yet.I don't know what to make of it.Again,no drugs or alcohol involved.

(i can't spell all that well, haha that rhymed,anyways..) I do not like to say that I am a Christian b/c so many (not all) "christians" are so mean and judgemental and really not at all Christians (so please do not put me into that category.), but I do believe in God. My theory however...Is that I found what I know is right for me and everyone should do the same for themselves.Who am I to judge you? All I can do is love you...You believe what you want to believe/or not believe and I'll believe what I want to believe...we respect eachother's beliefs, asking questions to obtain knowledge not belittle eachother...and live happily ever after? what do ya say?

Adam and Eve (supposedly) started it all off for the population. If they were (let's just say) caucasian, where did the african americans come from, or the latinos, or asians, or the islamic? We all have different physical traits, other than skin color too.

Of course in theory free health care is great! Who in there right mind would hate it? But do you think it will work in this country? Are the deciding factors things like the amount of people in this country, or do people not want it because there are illegal immigrants and they don't them to be covered as well? Would we really be drowning in taxes? All answers are welcome.

I know you have heard of the story chain. It's when someone tells you a story and when you pass it on little details start to go missing and by the time you get to the end, the story is almost completely different. How has the bible not gone through that effect? How is even possible that the first humans on earth (supposedly created by God) were able to tell the story to all of their new offspring that created this very population?
