this just shows another racist side of society.....i hate women being exploited anywhere but it bugs me that when ppl mention hip hop/rap one of the first things these people say is "its just noise and video hoes"....what about all the white women exploiting themselves? hooters, playboy, maxim, whatever the hell other magazines out there, porn stars, etc. yet you almost never hear people talking about it. they actually encourage in generally. ill hear the same ppl that say "black girls in rap videos are trash" turn around and talk about how great hooters is, all those dirty magazines, and watching white girls in pornos...whats with the double standard? what do you think about it?

Would you feel safer at night if non-believers were prosecuted, heathens and practitioners of medicine were burnt and churches had control of the law again?

An honest to goodness question: why does so much of what the Holy Bible (I'm kinda limited at the moment to the KJV), in its seeming understanding of Earth and its many glories, sounds so doggoned much like the voice of a man of the First Century AD? Gosh, whilst we're scarcely today where we'll be, say, in only a hundred years, or even in 50, our understanding of our little blue rock and our solar system and even our galaxy is leagues more advanced than they were a half-century ago, much less 2000 troubled years ago. My 10-year-old grandson knows much more about Earth than the pope in Rome did in AD 1956. I'm asking you 'cause I have learned to never expect an intelligent answer from der Fundy volk.

Those who have avidly read the New Testament know exactly what i am saying here. I won't give quotes from the Bible but everything I say here is in there...read it for yourself.
We are in what the Bible describes as the 'End Times'....with earthquakes in divers places....floods...wars and rumours of wars...pestilence ..........children disrespecting parents...in ways worse than they have ever been. I noticed that many people who trash Christianity do it in childish and uneducated ways through total lack of understanding....perhaps before answering such questions it would be better if you armed yourself with real knowledge of what the Bible actually says...not what you think it says or what you believe without knowing.
Jesus is coming back and the signs are that He will be returning soon. No-one knows when as he says himself...."I will come like a thief in the night".....when people are least expecting it and He will...are you ready?

To whoever among you have watched the movie MEAN GIRLS, I have a question regarding it: IS IT TRUE how they portray the american students in the movie?
Like for example:

* they dont give a seat for a new student, and they are snobby.
* it's even hard to find a seat in the food court, students are just so mean they wont let you sit! In my country i've never seen such an act.
* And is it really common in the US to have students from school partying in a student's house and you dont even know some of those people coming! ..
* Damn, in these American Movies portraying students life, it seems that americans dont care about anything but "pleasure".

Is that how terrible Americans really are?

You've got a black awards ceremony, why not a white one? you've got black colleges, why not all white ones? its now a joke in comedy clubs about catholic priests ,seems obvious to me that repression of a natural base instinct leads to perversion of the sexuality ,,could we learn anything from why such a big percent of priests become pedophiles? shouldnt there be civilised discussion not ignorance .

Sins like murder, killing ,raping ,child abuse and sins like that?I know most Christians will say that a true Christian doesnot commit such acts of sin and i do agree.But my question is that those Christians who commit such acts irrespective in their ignorence will they will enter heaven?Even if they ask for forgivness would they be forgiven(these sins were never commited to Jesus but to people and i dont think Jesus has right to take those sins that are not even related to him).Please answer in context of Bible.

I attended the service with the idea joining this church at the request of my girlfriend. I was ask to leave as soon as I walked in because I was not dress nicely. I left but my girlfriend and her parents were very upset at the church. Does this church have a dress code.

A guy who came from Canada says he wants to go back home because are schools are too slow in Cannda there perfect and not behind. He also said that American parents love to blame the teachers and that they should let the teachers run things. He said our college system is too easy...is this true I thought are colleges were ok.
