He would go hang out with the Easter Bunny and Santa Clause because just like those two, a proudly gay president does not and will not ever exist. There are too many homophobes and religious nut cases for an openly gay person to get elected, much less, even wind up on the ballot.

a gay presidednt would have to do exactly what a straight president would do.
The bigest thing you would see if just a much more "gay-friendly" atmosphere. One that includes all types, instead of excluding certain types. A cabinet that more reflected ALL of America.
1, there is not a heck of a lot the president can do in terms of gay issues (or most social issues for that matter)
2) if he got elected, then he ran as a gay friendly candidate, not a staunch gay rights radical.

This is something I have always found interesting. The president actually has limited power, look at Bush, if he could actually do something about gays, gay marriage would already be illegal. The president can only do what congress approves of.

it would be so nice of a president who is gay and representing us to be the first one who ever stops wars around the world and brings peace between all the nations.

I don't care what sexual preferences any leader has. One can only hope for a better person with better morals and ideas - generally.

There will not EVER be one; and if there is,
I will be moving. No offense, but a President has to be able to make competent decisions, and a person who cannot be trusted to pick a natural mate, is
not able to make competent decisions, period.
