All men and women are accountable for all of their sins.
Fortunately, Jesus paid the price for all of them.
Even Hitler could have been saved (though he wasn't).
--
If you were to read Romans, you see that Paul tells us that we (Christians) are free from the law of sin and death, but are not free to sin.
This means that a Christian can not (should not) go out chasing women,..., with the knowledge that he would be forgiven of his sin. The Holy Spirit living inside of you will tell you "not to do so".
--
edit - you wrote an analogy about the court. Fair enough. You may not think that it is right that a murderer can get off scott free.
We are still accountable for Man's law. In some states, you are put to death for murder. This is the punishment that must be paid in accordance with our laws.
And the same is true for God's law. We must pay the price for our sins. But when God judges the Christian, the one that has a relationship with Jesus (as opposed to going to some church), God looks at us and is ready to pronounce our guilt when Jesus steps in as our defense attorney and says "double jeopardy". We can not be held accountable for our sins, because Jesus paid the price when He was crucified on the cross. Therefore, we are set free (but not from Man's law).
Yes, there will be murderers, rapists, abortionists, and evil people that had their sins carried away by Jesus sitting next to Billy Graham in Heaven. And we will love them all.
What then is the difference between the axe murderer and Billy Graham? Rewards. Those who faithfully serve Christ will receive Heavenly Rewards that those that made the deathbed repentance will not have.
Hope this helps.

There is more than one judgement. The Great White Throne Judgement concerns whether you get heaven or hell (whether you are saved or not). When you receive Jesus as your Savior you are saved forever. It will never change back. Salvation for you is not an issue ever again.
However, we will also have other judgements. We'll be judged for the deeds done in this body, whether they are good or bad. We will have our day of shame or glory about how we lived our lives.....it won't change our salvation verdict, but it will be a type of punishment or reward. It's true when you ask forgiveness you can be forgiven, but it is on the condition that you truly are sorry and repentant. God knows our hearts and doesn't forgive for lip service but for a real heart change.
I don't really understand what that last bit is about "sins were never commited to Jesus ..." but, every sin is related to Jesus because it is disobedience to God. God made the rules. Jesus paid the price for us to be redeemed. All is related to Him whenever anyone sins in any way. Jesus has every right.
Salvation doesn't give Christians a free ride to sin. With the Holy Spirit living inside them, their desire to sin begins to decrease, their peace deminishes when they do sin, the Holy Spirit bothers them when they sin, and all this increases in internal pressure until that person confesses and repents and asks God to forgive them. A Christian, unlike an unbeliever, cannot live a sinful life and enjoy it. He becomes very miserable until he gets right with God. As he grows in knowledge of the Lord, he becomes more and more resistant to sin in general. It's an ongoing process. A Christian never is completely sinless, but always working toward that goal. Only when he dies or is raptured will he receive a new body that is sinless..... a spiritual body created for Him by God.

It is not possible to not sin. Those who are true believers have confessed their sins to God and acknowledged that Jesus is the only one who can save them. The object then is to sin less and continue to ask forgiveness if you do sin. God knows our hearts. He knows what true repentance is. Someone who calls himself a Christian, but continues to sin as before, may not make it to heaven because his repentace is not genuine.
At the end of the age, the Book of Revelation tells us there will be two judgements. Believers will go before the Judgement Seat of Christ and receive rewards for the good they've done in this world. Their sins are already covered by the death of Jesus.
Unbelievers will go before the White Throne judgement and then be sent to the lake of fire for all eternity.

Christians are accountable to all their sins. See 2 Cor. 5:9-11, where Paul tells us that we will all appear before the judgment seat of Christ to receive what we have done, whether good or bad.
Is God fair about justice? Well, in Romans 2 and 3 we find that God sees the whole world guilty for breaking his laws. Has he killed you or severely punished you? Do you want him to be fair and punish you in this live for the laws you've broken? I am grateful that God has mercy on me and has not dealt with me according to my sins.
He graciously lets all of us live so that we may ask for mercy and forgiveness from God. Jesus will grant salvation to all who ask, but if we continue in sin against God and people, Jesus will judge us for it.

Christians are not accountable to God for their sins because Jesus Christ has paid the price for all their sins to God. When we confess Jesus Christ as our Lord and Savior our sins are forgiven forever (Hebrews 10:12) and we will enter heaven despite our sins. However Christians are still accountable for their sins to others on earth. For example if they commit murder the court will sentence them to death. It is not wise for us to sin as we still suffer natural consequence for our sins even though God has forgiven us of them and we will not be good witnesses for God.

In Matthew Ch 25:31-46 Jesus tells his disciples a parable which leads to the basic truth "inasmuch as you did it to the least of these, you have done it unto me." In other words, we are to treat other people as it were unto Christ. When king David repented for having a man murdered and taking his wife, he confessed to God, "Against you, you only have I sinned and done this evil in your sight. (Psalm 51:4)
That being said, I must reserve judgment for God. I have been given my task in Galatians Ch 6:1, "...if a man be overtaken in any trespass, you who are spiritual restore such a one in a spirit of meekness..." As Christians this is our responsibility. I am my brothers keeper. God Bless You.

If a true christian were to commit a serious act , he will be forgiven . But he wil be chastised mans law and by God , and his rewards in heaven will be diminished . If he were to never stop , he never was a born again believer.

When you become a reborn Christian, you ask God to forgive all your sins. God forgives all, if you are truly remorseful. A true reborn Christian will not commit sins. God protects His children and is a forgive full Father

The Bible says that there is only one unforgiveable sin, and that is to blaspheme the Holy Spirit.
I won't quote the Bible. We're attacked if we do that. Yet we are attacked anyway, so what the heck?
