For 5 years i have been a victim of bullying. Kids in my grade have isolated me, talked behind my back, made up and lied stuff about me for no reason and have caused me to lose friends. Well school is almost over and if things go the way they should, i will graduate but this situation will still be in my head. I have told people all those years but someone finally listened to me but unfortuanatly my mom seems to go back and fourth on the issue. one minute she worries about the bullying, next minute its my faullt. This thing is starting to affect me in many ways and i can't take it anymore. Should i continue bringing it up and hoping things will improve or just forget about it all and Let go?

I will turn 41 in July and I'd rather just spend it at home with a home cooked meal. I don't want a cake, cards, presents or a song. At my ripe old age I can buy just about anything I really want anyway. I think after the big 40 people shouldn't expect a big party till they are 50, 60, 70, 80. You know, every ten years. But once you hit 80 you should have a party every year. By then the birthdays will be a blessing.

So ... what are the opinions of my good friends here on Yahoo, Answers?

So many Christians say that abortion is bad. Most of these people have never had abortions. They say don't knock it till you try it. I use to be really anti Burger King. Then I tried the Whopper and it was amazing. I is responcible for at least 3 abortions and I don't feel any negative effects.

When you say that you're a child of the earth, and I say that I'm the product of millions of years of evolution, that's not too far apart, right?

Both groups are often condemed by christians as well.

I know of many people who have been christians, then a dramatic event in their life has shattered their faith completely.

When christians see this happen to others, do some of them develop anxiety that the same may happen to them?

isn´t that selfish??
free will = do whatever you want to but if you dont do what i want i send you to hell for eternity...what kind of freedom is that???
Why is god "supposed" to be the good one if he punishes those who don´t follow his rules???

I wanted to get a tattoo of the phrase "Blessed Be" in French...but can anybody tell me the correct way of writing it...i used a couple translators but I know its not always correct....here are the ways i got

Therefore, wouldnt he be an unlikely canidate to receive a devine vision concerning the Cross. Did he poison the church by mixing Pagan concepts with Christian teachings?

For example, the cross was a Pagan symbol he used to represent his army before he was converted. It then became used as the symbol of Christianity.
