As in my first question I divulged that my ex husband committed suicide a year ago and the guilt I carry. Am I crazy for thinking that he has given me signs from where he is to help me through this? For example When I got my EMT cert it was close to his death, I went o breakfast with a friend and there being no parking at the diner in the front I had to go to the back. The FIRST car parked was the same car as mine with WAY TO GO KARI in that window paint on the back window. NOBODY spells my name that way. When I finally brought my children to the grave site, after my 4 yr old daughter announced she had something to say and said "I want to thank Mike for loving me too because I am the boys sister" Then a plane flew very low above our heads the up and away. There are NO airports near this cemetery and she looked up and waved and said BYE MIKE, This is when the obvious in your face signs slowed down for me. What do you think??

When an athiest person or some other non-christian faith does something horrific, and christians or other people start talking about the religion negatively; ya'll are quick to say dont judge everybody for what that person or few people did? But when a christian or suppose to behristian does something, ya'll have no problem convicting all christians for what one or a few rouge christians did?

This guy is about 39 yrs old, short and fat. ..And he stinks of BO! I cannot help but stand 2 yards away from him.....trying not to offend him..

I'm looking for someone who may be willing to become a messenger pal. I'm interested in learning more about life in Latin-America, and to practise my castellano.

Or can anyone provide me with good ideas on how to go about finding a good chat room or something. It is difficult to get by with my castellano being sketchy, and most Latin-american's not being too fluent in English, or interested in chatting with someone who's a beginner at castellano.

to watch what? tv over the holiday season was nothing short of disappointing. when anyone writes to the bbc, their letters are read, then ignored. the license fee goes up virtually every year. all the other channels have adverts, enough time to make a cup of tea or sandwich. and i am fed up with bbc sponging off me, let them stand up and work for themselves, all the other channels are. television license?? a public rip off.

Gay bashing is never gonna stop until gay people recieve the same rights as everyone else in the community. And as long as christians/homophobes/republicans continue to deny us those rights, the bullying and hatred is never gonna stop. I turned on the news today and saw that 2 gay men where beat up for holding hands. Another one was killed just a few days ago. Is this what you guys want? Keeping gay people from getting married doesn't keep peace, it promotes hatred. Think about it, would black people be as widley accepted as they are today if they still had to use seperate facilities? Would women own whole entire companies if they still where unable to vote? The sooner gays are seen as equals, the sooner the bashing will stop. I can already see it's not gonna happen by the time I'm out of highschool. This is not what God wants.

I can't bare to change diapers I will faint and throw up the parents said they would be here 5 hours ago and it has been 9 they use people to dump their kid on so they can party

Atheists are without hope, for some strange reason they are determined to convince us all (with an evangelistic fervour) that there is nothing after death. But even if they are right they will never know it, and nor will we. However, they sure will know it if they are wrong.
So Christians, that atheists are so fond of ridiculing, at least have the consolation of knowing they will be able to have the last word on the subject.
So instead of atheists writing endlessly on the subject on yahoo, all to no avail, let's have the discussion after death.

How can anyone have a positive attitude about such a no-hope philosophy as atheism?

I grew up in Germany speaking only German. My second language was Italian, but not fluently.

Then, at age 13, I moved to the USA and English became my new language. It is my dominant language now, but I still speak fluent German, but I have forgotten almost all of my Italian.

I speak and write better in English now.

So what would be considered my first language?

Is it the language you first learned or is it the language which you best speak?

I had a dream last night that a coworker named Laurie went missing. All night long I was searching for her in my dream. I woke up a couple of times, but as soon as I went back to sleep I was dreaming about her being missing again.

I woke up and went about my day, thinking nothing of it.

Then, I was listening to the news to learn that a woman who lives ~30 miles away named Lorrie (not my coworker) has gone missing.

Hmmm....
