When the rapture does happen,and all the christians are removed, and your left here to face the worsening problem of goverment corruption,degrading planet,nobodies nice, and everybody is at war,and the word is just getting worse and worse(yes worse than percieved to be now)?

We have a small community organization and have a piece of artwork donated to sell at one of our picnics. What raises more money - a raffle or a silent auction? The artwork is worth about $200 and only 50 persons come to the picnic. Does someone have experience to know which is better - auction or raffle?

There are at least 1,049 protections, benefits & responsibilities extended to married couples under Federal law, according to a 1997 study by the General Accounting Office. Gay & lesbian couples pay higher taxes and are denied basic protections under the law.

They receive no Social Security survivor benefits upon the death of a partner, despite paying payroll taxes. They must pay Federal income taxes on their employer’s contributions toward their domestic partner’s health insurance (married employees do not have to pay such taxes for their spouses).

They must pay all estate taxes when a partner dies. They often pay significant tax penalties when they inherit a 401(k) from their partner. They are denied family leave under the Family and Medical Leave Act.

CIVIL UNIONS DO NOT PROVIDE ANY OF THESE RIGHTS. And under current Federal law, neither will state-permitted same-gender marriages.

Isn't this Heterosexual Privilege? How is Gay Marriage a "special right"?

1.If it was ok why arnt we all born with the same sex organs?We wouldnt need an oppisite sex if homosexuality was meant to be.

2.If it was alright why do oppisites create the wonders of our world?You need an negative and posite for electricity.Two of the same repel each other.You need hot and cold air for a tornadoe or hurricane to evan have the possibility of forming.Babies are not created with two men or two women;but with a man and a woman.A penus and vigina.You can argue we'll they can adopt all you want to;but fact is that does not create new life;your just taking in life that was already there.

Lucifer is a created angelic being (a cherub)(see Ezekiel 28:13-19 and Isaiah 14:12-15), and Jesus is not in the created realm, He is the Creator.

By Colossians 1:16 we know that Jesus created all things, including angels. In the Jewish vernacular of the first century "thrones," "powers," "rulers," and "authorities" were used to describe different orders of angels (see Romans 8:38; Ephesians 1:21; 3:10; 6:12). The phrase "all things" means that Christ created everything in the universe. Everything, whether it be simple or complex, visible or invisible, earthly or heavenly, was created by Christ, and that includes Lucifer. Jesus is not the spirit brother of Lucifer, He created Lucifer.

The book of Mormon is in direct contradiction to the Bible, therefore the mormon book is a separate book from the Bible and a non-inspired book.

One must ask what Jesus do you worship, and put all your trust along with salvation in?

If you truly look at the facts, both accomplish the same thing. They prove their own beliefs in the same manor. Each claims that they have support for their beliefs, but overall, both are merely beliefs. You have to believe the word of someone who died centuries or millenia ago just for a basis of either. Now, what sense does it make to force your beliefs on others? You can claim to know whatever you want, but the truth is you know nothing. A belief is a belief, not a definite fact. Let this argument die and rest in peace.
