I'm the only person I can really trust to do everything I want all the time! I am the only person that I have absolute control over. Equally I am the only person that I am completely responcibile for!

It depends what I'm trusting. I can trust my experience, I can trust my knowledge of things, I can trust that what I say is true but I certainly CAN"T always trust myself in the category of the things of the heart and the things that I would sometimes say are my desires.

"Experience" is what we call our mistakes.
We say we can trust our experience. If I can trust my "mistakes", I am going to have one dysfunctional life; which I do. Else, why would I spend every waking moment on this chat group? Am I looking for more "experience" or more "mistakes"?
Here at the Zoo where I live, we always say:
"Life is too important to be taken seriously".
