First off, witches aren't satanists. Secondly, neither believes in what the fundamental christians call "the devil". Witches(the most common are Wiccans, but not all witches are Wiccans) are all about the nature stuff, and traditional folklore and sometimes ceremonial magick, some of which is actually based on Judeo-Christian mythology.

Let's first assume you're confusing Witchs with Satanists. The Satanists are off drinking and partying and debating the nature of man. They aren't worried about giving your precious little ones tainted candy. The Wiccans are all dancing around fires and thinking about all their dead relatives. They may pass out candy, but most Wiccans I know are too broke to afford to pass out a bunch of candy. That leaves the rest of the Witches. The ceremonial magicians are arguing over the most effective ritual method or running your police force, your brick mason's guilds, the vfw. They are either scanning your kiddo's candy for metal crap at the firehouse or doing their own thing. The Discordians are trick-or-treating. And, as the only Lokian I know, I shall speak for myself. I am so blazingly stoned on Halloween that the candy doesn't make it till five pm cuz I've gotten the munchies and ate it all. So if I cursed it, I would only be cursing myself.
QUIT BEING SO PARANOID. We're not out to get you. Yet. lol

No it is NOT!

First of all a Satanist DOES NOT believe in a physical devil figure! No prayers are made to Satan since there IS NO SATAN!
Satan is the representation of mans nature! Satan is nothing but a metaphore!

Secondly Witches (Wicca) do not believe in a devil let alone pray to one! To even suggest they do shows how little you truly know! Also it shows that you are getting all of your information from closed minded, ignorant, self righteous CHRISTIANS!

Thirdly Halloween comes from midevil times when people believed that if they dressed up in gowlish masks that this would scare the demons away! It was originally called ALL SAINTS EVE!

Try educating yourself instead of buying into the crap of Christians!
It is the Christian religion that depends on a Satan figure to justify their own evil! Take away the devil and Christianity DIES!

i stumble on this text to be between the main ridiculous concoctions formulated via the ignorant an uneducated recommendations that I even have heard in a whilst. Samhain, or Sowain, became more suitable via witches from Celtic custom like many traditions of the Celts yet are actually not inevitably witchcraft. Samhain is a time of harvest, for this reason the emphasis on the lifeless. Christians even have faith interior the harvest time yet fail to make certain the allegory of the harvesting angels with their sickles and the antagonistic angels with pitchforks throwing the weeds into the hearth. the only difference between that and mainstream Christianity is the undeniable fact that the Druids (who did not have faith in devil, via the way) observed loss of life as a organic area of the cycles of nature and not the manufactured from some fall of mankind that mainstream lack of expertise nevertheless can not come to a determination whether or not it somewhat is the malediction of Eve or God's plan. in case you look, Catholics had integrated many different spiritualities into their equipment to fulfill the council of Nicea, for this reason the call Catholic. check out Easter, which comes from Eostre, the goddess of springtime fertility. Or take a check out Christmas, a occasion of Christ's delivery, yet any knowledgeable individual will comprehend that Dec. 25 is a occasion of the Greek and Roman sunlight god, Apollo. between the main important issues of immediately's society is they're nevertheless caught interior the state of Theocracy of the middle a while while they could not examine, basically have faith what others advised them to have faith. that's devastating as a results of undeniable fact that human beings can not combine different kinds of enlightenment into the equipment as a results of terror based nonsense that distant places traditions are the workings of the devil.

I don't think that Satanists and Witches fall into the same category, but I would venture to say no on both accounts. Personally, I think you should be more worried about the pedophiles that might put GHB in it or the sickos that put poison or glass in candy. Chew on that.

I'm hoping against hope that you were not actually *seriously* asking this, but just in case:

NO.

And if the candy you are eating makes you ill, it's because you waited too long to eat it, not because it was cursed.
