I notice anytime an argument between a white person and a black person starts, they always say the N-WORD when things get heated. Why is that? I'm watching "Real World Denver" and it just happened. I was also at the club last weekend and it happened. I'm white, and I have enough self control not to do this, but I find a lot dont. Why is that?

If you type the word "jew" with a lowercase J, it will kick it out as being mis-spelled. Yet...

I consider myself a chrisian, however, I'm not too keen on Christmas. Being bought up in a church that believed we should be silent where the bible is silent and act when the bible says act, I can't quite come to terms with celebrating a holiday the bible doesn't tell us to celebrate. If you read the bible, it doesn't tell us to clebrate any religious holidays. In fact the only thing the bible says about gathering in His name is on the first day of the week to break bread. Am I the only one who feels that Christmas is simply, just a reason to party and for the big and small retailers to make money and put more of us in debt?

I know both of these languages are very hard to learn, but which would be easiest for someone who has a latin mother tongue? I would appreciate it if people explained why they chose german/slovenian and any other advice for someone who would like to learn both but needs to set some priorities. Thanks!

My girlfriend wants me to give her great time on New Year in NYC but I don't know where to take her! She loves to dance, she likes parties and restaurants, she doesn't like clubs where there's so muany people it's nowhere to dance, and, most importantly, we're both quite poor. :-)
