Though he got several thoughtful answers, a couple of people simply called him an idiot. Why do people call others an idiot just because they ask a reasonable question? Is it because they lack the ability to answer the person's question intelligently, so they just call the person a name?

People have been saying for centuries that "God/Jesus will return soon" and restore the earth to a state of paradise.

The population of the earth is now growing almost exponentially, and the vast majority of these new souls are being born in non-Christian, closed off countries like China, so through no fault of their own, they have almost no chance to hear the word of Christ.

With so many new non-Christian people being born everyday, the overall state of mankinds spirituality is tending towards less and less Christianity. Right now, Catholics are outnumbered by other faiths 3:1, and soon it will be 4:1, then 5:1, and so on. The sheer number of rapid births make it virtually impossible to spread Jesus's teachings fast enough, no matter how many missionaries there are.

If Jesus was going to return to save "his people" what the heck is he waiting for? The longer he waits, the less Christians there will be on earth, and the more innocent people will die unsaved.

Please explain?

People think that I'm white, or assume that I am white by the color of my skin, even though I am not. Is it good to base someone only by the color of their pigmentation?
I am multi cultural, My mother is Black Native American, Irish and English and my father is Puerto Rican and Cuban.

Please, no disgusting stuff about how boys convert. I know all that, no need to go into details. Also, what are the Jewish holidays? I know a few, but not all of them. What are some Jewsih customs? Again, this applies only to girls. Why do Jews celebrate these holidays?

we had a party today and exchanged gifts.. but was told not to open til christmas, i opened mine when i got home.. it was a santa hat.. and i gave her a 25$ bottle of perfume...how can i smile in her face tomorrow at work when all i got was a 1$ santa hat.. yes she had money and it was her idea that the gifts where to be no less than 20$ ..guess i should have waited til christmas..lol......would you say something or just wear the damn hat to work so she knows you know.

I liked the movie, because I like this genre of movies, but I liked the original better.
Although I didn't like how evil and manipulating the women of summerisle were. Also this movie does not help the stigma that pagans face. sigh....... just like most hollywood movies involing anything pagan do...........

Chrismas break just started for me and all I can think about is going back to school. I don't feel like playing video games, watching TV, or even reading. It's like I can't or something. I haven't smiled since lunch, when somebody blew straws out their nose, and I feel like I couldn't care less about Christmas. At first I thought it was just that I missed my friend/crush, Kaleb, because for the first three ours I couldn't stop thinking about him, but I know that there is another reason. What's wrong with me?
