You are not in love. What you have in mind will destroy her, her husband and her family. It will have a ripple effect that will reach hundreds of persons who will sorrow at the loss. The media will add to the mockery of your "lust". The preacher's wife is the preacher's wife. Move on...go to another church ASAP. This action will be an action of "love".

You shall not covet your neighbours wife!
Nothing wrong in loving someone but it is different to be madly in love.

That depends. How far have you gone with this "love"?

Have you had an affair with her? Then yes, it's wrong.

Have you expressed your love and she declined? Then not it's not wrong, unless you expected her to have an affair with you.

Have you expressed her love and she declined but you are still trying to win her love? Then yes, it's wrong.

Are you merely having fantasies about her? Then, as long as you don't act on it, it's not wrong.

Yes, that's wrong. That would be covetous which is sinful. Refer to the 10th commandment, please.
