Space is big. Really big. You just won't believe how vastly hugely mindbogglingly big it is. I mean you may think it's a long way down the road to the chemist, but that's just peanuts to space.

Before plasma, it is believe that it was subatomic particles, and before that just like a quark soup. Before that physics breaks down, and we have no idea. On the other hand, string theorists believe the universe may have been created by 2 (or more) large planes (alright so not necessarily flat, but sort of flat) colliding. These are "space - time" planes or something like that. Thus, no "big bang." Before that? God only knows.

It could be that that the universe doesn’t go on forever. If time-space bends than perhaps the universe is like a sphere and even if you travel in an absolute straight path you eventually arrive back where you started. And there could be many such universes. But then the question is do the universes go on forever, and that’s when it gets scary.

We don't know. It is still expanding. But, you might ask, expanding into what? That is a question that cannot be answered because it concerns a concept that is outside of time/space. I believe we are seeing stars and other stuff that is so far away it has taken 5 billion years for the light to reach us today. That is quite a distance.

Don't know. We need better telescopes if you can even see it.
It has to have a limit because it has only been about 12-16 billion years so it can't be more than 24-32 billion light years across. In fact it can't be anywhere near that big.

I believe that the universe is endless, and that there are probably thousands of planets out there. I also believe that there are other living beings in the universe.

Plasma? You must talk with some strange people. Do you know what plasma is?

If we said God came from the Primordial Ooze, they
would just waste our time with more foolishness about
where the ooze came from.
