Not true! Cerainly not casually. Within the lodge, discussion of any particular faith is discouraged, so each can be comfortable in their own faith without pressure.

They do acknowledge A Supreme being or God.

Most Masons are Christians as were most of the founding fathers who were both Christian (Mostly Episcoplian) and Members of the Masons.

Not many Catholic Christians are masons, though. There is some history of the Masons being Anti-Catholic, though not in the modern era really.

Masons come from all backgrounds and religons!! Not all masons are christians!! I am a mason and we have Christians, catholics and Muslim brothers in my lodge! We all meet on the same level....

The Masonic Temple encourages and respects a belief in a supreme being, but rather than force members to explain what is meant by this, they avoid the mention of any specific religious figures. This allows members to avoid any discomfort based on religious beliefs.

I don,t know but if that is the truth ,I would not belong to that lodge...I do know that the masons and the eastern star is a form of religion....so it could very well be true

This is not true. Freemasonry isn't even a religion. It is a beautiful system of morality.
