should i tell my best friend of 3 years that i'm bi? we did things once (we were drunk tho) and haven't really talked about it since (she did say that she told her ex-boyfriend, tho) . . . i do like her in that way, but have been able to keep that to myself (it doesn't interfere with our relationship as friends). I just feel like I'm lying to her by her not knowing that I like girls as well as boys!

Why do we have to judge each others faith? Why do we look at each others faith and point out the flaws? Why can't we love each other? I am a different faith than my mother and we still love each other, why can't it be like that for the whole world? Aren't we all the same in God's eyes?

It's endemic is it not?
And anyone who says they are not prejudiced in any way, against anyone, is a liar!
I have been the butt of prejudice and it hurt. But I lived to tell the tale.
'Sticks and Stones may break my bones but names will never hurt me" My dear old Mum used to say. And she was right.
So lets stop all this PC Crap and let it all hang-out......
They do in Thailand and it takes the sting out of it, believe me.

When I look at all the wonders in this world from the tallest mountain to the tiniest atom I am 100% convinced that there is a Creator, but I do not believe in any of the man-made theories about our Creator.

So, my question is: Am I alone in thinking like this?

Us catholics were born to follow God not forced. If you do not believe in Jesus or God then why tell us it's crap if you can just tell us you respect it but don't believe it?

If you rate this bad, what is the wrong I said? This is what I always see when someone answers a question about Christian Belief. And you say I'm offending you now, what about us?

I respect Muslims, Jews, Buddhists and everyone else but why don't you? Tell me why you have to insult us and manipulate us if all we did was have faith.

Please explain why insulting our belief is what makes you right? Tell me why saying we waste our time is what makes you superior in knowing the truth.
(I'm not saying everyone but those who are saying it's crap and nonsense...)

They always hug each other and kiss each other on the cheek. And one time they did this "thing" and they said "nobody saw that!"

Read the Bible passage Ezekiel 47:7-12 and then cut and paste this link in your browser to today's headline that came out on msn.com. I tried to include the passage, but there were too many characters. If you don't have a Bible go to Blueletterbible.com . I think it'll be worth your time.

I'm a person who loves doing nice things for people and making them feel good about themselves, but I feel a little uncomfortable in the spotlight when I receive recognition. I recently did something nice for a few friends I work with. (I wrote a thank you message and made them a gift.) They all individually thanked me, to which I replied a soft-spoken "you're welcome." After I said that though, I blushed or looked away quickly.

I don't want them to think that I don't appreciate their gratitude though since I responded briefly and didn't necessarily hold eye contact. I really appreciate the fact that they thanked me and said that it meant a lot, but at the same time, I get a little uncomfortable with attention. I just don't want people to think I'm disregarding their gratitude.

So, I was just wondering if you were on the receiving end of my brief, soft-spoken "you're welcome", what would you think?

... there I realised that of course, there are just a few days till Christmas and everyone who is deccent, kind, respectful etc is out shopping for their loved ones and all that is left is the pondlife ....

... and me, I hear you add. Ah, but I am here at home making the Christmas Pud and wrapping up the presents for my loved ones.

So to all you racists, bigots, ignoramuses and crazies, many apologies for encroaching on your time while I await the ping of my oven timer.

(And if there ARE any decent folk left on here, please say hello and have two points on me!)

Matthews 37: 50-53:
50. And when Jesus had cried out again in a loud voice, He gave up His Spirit. 51. At that moment the curtain of the temple was torn in two from top to bottom. The earth shook and the rocks split. 52. The tombs broke open and the bodies of many holy people who had died were raised to life. 53. They came out of the tombs and after Jesus' resurrection they went into the holy city and appeared to many people...............

Seems like they resurrected at the crucification, but entered the holy city (heaven) only after the resurrection of Christ. Will you agree that the door to heaven was opened by the resurrected Christ to allow the resurrected believers to enter for the first time?

Even Evil people know how to do good to their own kind.

Luke 11:13
If you then, though you are evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your Father in heaven give the Holy Spirit to those who ask him!"

Both faith and a mental block will caused you to disregard critical thinking if it jepardises your motive and concerns

Both faith and a mental block will cause to refuse to consider other possibilities

Both faith and a mental block will cause you to be bias towards other views even if the other views make more sense

Both faith and a mental block causes people to supress intellect

In the 70's it was ok, people were healthier, not obese and more soiciable. They were happier.

What next? make perfume illegal ? I know i can stand it when i smell strong perfume and I have to hold my breath, or what about certain colours ? make yellow t-shirts illegal ? because i dont like to see yellow ??

The sad part is people are still believing that its bad for you but driving around in a car which is chuffing out tons of toxic fumes that would kill a child in 10 minutes in a locked garage is to be promoted all the time on tv.
