He enters peoples houses while they are asleep and eats their cookies, drinks the milk. That seems to not bother anyone because he leaves presents behind, but if he's a human or has human characteristics, then he is prone to evil too. What makes people think he won't go on a rampage and slaughter a whole lot of them while they are asleep?

I am wondering about the history of Cockney. For some reason I associate it with Liverpool, so is a regional dialect or slang? Is it recognized as a language? Socially, does it put a person who speaks it on a different social level? I can only understand a few words, and even then I have to listen carefully. Generally, can the population of Britain understand it? The only time I have ever heard it used was by rock stars, mainly of the past.

There are two contradictory things in religion as far as homosexuality is concerned.

God supports love, but he discourages homosexuality. So let's suppose that homosexuality would only involve an emotional relationships with no sexual aspects. Since the sexual aspect represents the sin and not the love, would homosexuality be considered a sin in that case too? Why or why not?

Last night, I was at the movies. After my movie ended, I went to the bathroom - there was a short line for the men's room, and a longer line for the ladies room.

Right after I got in line, a guy brought his girlfriend into the men's room (I could hear her telling him "I can't wait in that line! I have to go") and he and his girlfriend cut the line, he walked her to the only stall in the mens room, and as soon as the guy in the stall came out she went right in.

Was it OK for her to use the mens room?

Or should she have waited on line to use the ladies room, even though she would have had to wait a lot longer to go to the bathroom?

And should she have cut the line and gone right to the only toilet, or should she have waited on line (even though she needed the stall and the guys could have used either the stall or the urinals)?

I asked a similar ? a few weeks ago but I still haven't found a good idea. 4 of my friends and I have to make gifts this year and they have to be under $10. Any ideas besides the classic scarf, scrapbook, bracelet idea (ive already done all of those for them).

Anything would be helpful thanks!

I don't understand how Christmas has turned into a month-and-a-half long frenzied extravaganza; why Christmas songs are played on the radio, but not Easter songs; why the story of Santa is detailed to no apparent end, but the Bunny just brings you some candy; why people fight over whether it's acceptable to wish a fellow "Merry Christmas" while you rarely get a "Happy Easter" from anyone.

I would figure the celebration of the resurrection of Christ would be at least equally as prominent as that of his birth!

Around the time of puberty, I had to stay overnight at a friends house unexpectedly because of the weather. Because I had no overnight things, his mother dressed me in her daughters pretty pyjamas. Since then I have always been aroused by the thought of being dressed as a girl by an elegant lady. I feel humiliated by the thought but I am honest
