The Kingdom of God and the Kingdom of Christ is one and the same thing. Jesus said that He and The Father is one. Jesus was incarnated, or given a human body so that He can manifest God to all creatures and prove the love of God fully and completely. That's why the Bible says, that after the accomplishment of that task, of emtpying Himself of His divinity and became a lowly servant then suffered the worst death, He will one day be exalted to the highest, will be sitting as the King of the Universe and all the creatures in heaven and earth will bow down to Him and all tongues will confess that He is just and worthy to become the Judge of all nations and King of kings and Lord of lords.
This world, which has been chosen as the Drama of the Ages, where conflict between good and evil, between Satan and his followers and Jesus and His followers have been enacted, will finally become the capital of the unvierse, and the City of New Jerusalem will be transferred to this earth. (Revelation 21 and 22). That's why His name is called Immanuel, meaning God dwells with man. He is going to dwell with human beings whom He has redeemed on this earth. This will be called heaven, because where God is, that is heaven.

To analyze the two words which are the majority of the difference in the two phrases one would discern that God is not the same as Heaven. God is the creator by definition and resides in Heaven. Simple logic would dictate that it is possible for one to be a part of the Kingdom of God and not reside in Heaven where the Kingdom of Heaven would be logically located. Mithinks that this simple foray into linguistic syntax should provide the answer as far as "difference" is concerned. If you would like a theological apology concerning the difference perhaps you should ask another question.

Have you ever read in the Bible that Yahshua Messiah has His own kingdom? You heard (or read) from Himself when He prayed: Our Father who art in heaven, hallow be thy name, thy Kingdom come, thy will be done on Earth as it is in heaven. This only show that YHWH Elohim has the kingdom and He is the Ruler. Now, Yahshua Messiah later got the title "King of Kings" that means The King of all the Kings (in Earthly setup) because for 1000 years He will rule the Earth together with His chosen people "the first fruits". After 1000 years, He will return the Kingship to YHWH Elohim who will rule for eternity.

No difference. Jesus went back into the bosom of his Father to prepare a place for us all in God's kingdom.

There is no difference between God and Christ, Christ is God and God is Christ. And if you believe you will know that God is also the Holy Ghost, Holy Spirit, and Christ, you see God gives his self unconditionally to us so that we can become more close with him on a personal level.
