Not saying that i dont believe in jesus and/or God, but with the all knowing ablilities and not to mention his close ties to those of the fishing communities, why is it that no one ever thought to ask where the edge of the world dropped off as was common belief at the time. Such an important question of everything that people knew, wondered and questioned about at the time was never addressed in scriptures and held true for over a millenium after him. If jesus was here in our presence today, two thousand years later, someone should ask "Why did Jesus never address what is out there beyond what we can see" is there life on other planets? I know its a totally different type of question but they parrallel each other as compared to what was known then and what is known now. Not to mention the meaning of life being "If we were made by God, why?" or why are we here. These questions have been pondered since the beginning of religion hence their "beliefs" so why isnt this in the bible
