Above all be true to yourself you can't completely love two people one will suffer. If you have the urge to stray the best solution is to separate from your mate. We are called upon to be faithful to our spouse's through religion. This is no accident promiscuity has created AIDS, Syphilis, Herpes and so many other diseases upon mankind. If you are a victim you need to separate from this unhealthy enviorment to protect yourself and family.

Interestingly cheating is probably a "recent" development in mankind. In the rest of the mammals and birds, it's extremely rare, contrary to popular "knowledge". This is clearly in lines of the evolutionary need to spread your DNA as much as possible to ensure it's survival.
My personal opinion is that occasional or rare cheating is nothing to get excited about as long as the rest of the relationship is sound and in fact may even be healthy. The point where it would not be good is where it starts to encroach on your time together...
in other words, your SO is out of town on a business trip and cheats - no harm, no foul; but if your SO spends a significant number of nights away from you cheating and then ignores you needs when home - this is obviously a problem (and has been for quite awhile).

Cheating? You keep on looking over your shoulder, and thinking about things you did at night. Your closet makes a clinking sound everytime you open, due to the myriad of skeletons there. You are basically bothered by these haunting thoughts every single day. It's an adrenaline rush sure, and it's fun if you're into "highs".
Being faithful? Sticking to one, a warm bed at night and peace deep inside. Someone to talk to in times of trou ble without feeling guilty within. And when you do your tasks, you can be more fruitful, no more looking over your shoulder, no more searching for romance. You can just be fruitful in many other aspects of your life without obsessing about romantic entanglements everyday. It's liberating.

If you're inlove with some-one then cheating doesn't enter your mind,if the both of you are totally in love then you have nothing to worry about. Being faithful is one of the most greatest things to be,especially with your partner.

It depends I don't agree on cheating but sometimes things happen within a relationship and people cheat whether is right or wrong who knows. I think it might depend on the circumstances.

I am faithful to my wife and I hope she is too. I think cheaters have fun for a small period of time, then get whacked with guilt for a much longer period of time. Also, cheaters that I know generally are selfish and do not really love the one they are with.
Once in a while though, I like to fantasize what it would be like to be with another woman. Usually the fantasies include my wife too...

Cheating is horrible. No matter who you do it to. It's a slap in the face of someone who's invested their energy in you. I think all cheaters should be flogged.
