I'm gonna go with the eastern side of Maui-- Paia, Haiku, Huelo Point, etc. Perfect temperature, perfect trade winds, beautiful beaches, just the right amount of sun and clouds... Ah, good old Maui!
Then a close second and third would be Annapolis and San Fran.

Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. I have never seen such a beautiful place. The people are friendly, the weather if perfect and tequila flows like water. Las Vegas is a very close second though... I Love Las Vegas.

The best place on earth would have to be Sint Maarten!! That's the prettiest little island and the most relaxing!

In the USA it's Myrtle Beach, SC and out of the U.S. it's the island Terceira of the Azores, Portugal... sitting in a little Italian Restaurant there that is right on the beach.
