You are not reminding, but telling. You have not read the words of Christ very closely. There are many examples to contradict what you are claiming....my favorite.....Luke 12:51-53 (see below). If you really study Jesus' words, you will see that it wasn't mainly about love. Read, and then accuse, for there are better ways to debase Christianity, and this way is not effective.
51 Suppose ye that I am come to give peace on earth? I tell you, Nay; but rather division:
52 For from henceforth there shall be five in one house divided, three against two, and two against three.
53 The father shall be divided against the son, and the son against the father; the mother against the daughter, and the daughter against the mother; the mother in law against her daughter in law, and the daughter in law against her mother in law.

you're certainly precise. i'm no longer an Atheist, yet I agree extra with Atheist values, than with Christian fundamentalist values. i'm no longer a Christian the two yet i might say that I stick to the training of Jesus extra effective than maximum Christians do.

Sad to say that most Christians like pointing the finger better than
being a doer of the word of God which is Jesus.

Because christians, like myself, will stick to what we are taught and shown. "Atheist" do not believe in any religion, so why are you worried about it. If you do believe there is Jesus Christ and God, then you really need to look inside your self to see if you are an "atheist" or not.
Oh yeah - "AtheistGuy" that scripture that you quoted:(Luke 14: 26 If any man cometh unto me, and hateth not his own father, and mother, and wife, and children, and brethren, and sisters, yea, and his own life also, he cannot be my disciple.
27 Whosoever doth not bear his own cross, and come after me, cannot be my disciple.) Christ was saying that you should put all you trust in the Lord. Do Not put your trust in your father, mother, wife and children, and bretheren, and sisters, nor yourself. Put your trust in the Lord.
KNOW IT BEFORE YOU QUOTE IT!!!!!!!!!
GOD BLESS YOU ALL!!

Why, as a follower of Christ, do I have to contently remind atheist that they do not believe in God and therefore are in the wrong venue? Unless your atheism is a religion! Then that would make you a religion whose god is yourself.

Yes, but first it was love of God then love of neighbor. Why is it that we (Christians) always have to remind you of this fact?

God teaches us to love everyone with out fault. we are to hate no one. God tells us to love our enemy. Too to always pray for them. Hell take care of the rest. God spoke and teached on many many things. Although our heavenly Father is all about love and giving. He also reminds us judge not so ye are not judged. Love is what it is all about.

You hold us to higher standard, love to see us fall. Anxious to point out our errors. We all sin, Christians aren't better than any other. But, I still love you.
