It is not like I hate them. I am going to law school to be a childs rights attorney. I think this is rediculous for people to get upset and try to talk me into having kids. I love kids they are just not for me to have.

why do most muslims in countries such as indonesia, malaysia, brunai and even india and srilanka eat pork and call it mutton? now no muslim can deny this because i have been to these countries and seen it all myself. when i asked the reason from some muslims in these countries they told me that poverty and the lack of food is the reason why muslims eat pork, as pork is cheaper than other meats.

can this be the reason?

and i need to know differences and similarities
between hanukkah traditions here and in israel.
some of you guys may think im stupid, but i am not

My mom passed away five years ago shortly after Christmas when I was 18 years old. I really sorely miss my mom. She was a great woman, and I feel cheated because she died before I graduated high school etc. For the longest time, she was the only person I can count on and certainly she was my best friend. I want to do something very thoughtful to mark the five years since she passed. Also, a sister whom I greatly loved passed away five years ago November and I would want to do something thoughtful as well for her. Please any advice or suggestions would greatly be appreciated. Thank you in advance.

As I become older and smarter, Christianity and God sound more and more ridiculous. Am I crazy? Am I alone?

I come from a family with 2 religous parents and a rebellious sister.

I'm 21 years old now and I honestly feel like the "Word of God" isn't real/truth. Its starting to sound like more and more like fear-mongering as opposed to words from an actual God.

I've never spoken with God or Jesus and everyday it sounds like this person i'm supposed to talk to is an "imaginary friend." I still haven't found any concrete proof that God exist and every "blessing" that I receive has a logical explanation.

I'm I going crazy? Is there anyone else feeling like this? Lemme know.

What if I invited my Indian friend over and disguised pork in a dish and he ate it? Does it mean his salvation is compromised? I find this "not eating pork" thing to be ridiculous.

I do & don't. If a child is brought up from day 1 to hate blacks, gays, Jews, Muslims etc. & then becomes just like his parents when he gets older, who do you think is responsible parents or the kids? I think that both are. When you get to a certain age I think you can & should start to question your parents hateful beliefs. My stepson was telling us about a girl in school who just casually called a black girl the n word like it was an every day word. She was suspended but I think something should have happened to her parents, after all where did she learn it from? Am I alone or do you agree?
