Well, he invariably created Satan, which Christians say is the root of all evil.
Creating the root of the root of evil, surely, makes you more evil.

I feel the following...
Kinda like the pres.. God is responsible for all the bad in the world.
But like the pres .. much happens that is allowed to happen. And God might not be Omnipotent .. ie: all controlling. all seeing, all knowing .. watching even the smallest sparrow fall. hum?
BTW: that is the focus of rabbi Kushner's book on this subject. "Why do bad things happen to good people?"
Unlike many Muslims .. I do not think that God causes all good and bad in the world and that free will is out the window.
I am uncertain how much evil in the world is caused or initiated by an active evil force (Iblis or Satin or whatever)
or
How much evil in the world is caused by unthinking or actively evil PEOPLE.

Man is responsible for all the bad in the world. Because God gave us a free will. The first man decided to exercise his free will and disobeyed God. We all do and the consequences of our bad choices is bad things. So in the end I guess He is responsible because He won't stop us from sinning. NOT. Really the issue is the same as it was with Adam when God asked him why. He said "It's your fault you gave the woman to me."

No you are Its all your fault the only way to stop the bad is to wear ten ruber bands on your wrist and snap them every 59 minutes twice after washing your hands 4 times starting with the left and then alternating hands. Exept in a leap year when you need to start with the right.
You are responsible. You are the world only hope. IF you dont do it then the world will all apart.

No. And He didn't originally create Satan to be the root of all evil. Lucifer, which means beautiful light, was one of his best angels, and Lucifer became so close to God he felt that he could do just as good of job, if not better than God and wanted the power for himself that he chose to go against God with other angels he recruited to back him up. God cast him and the rest of Lucifer's army out of heaven and Satan is who is responsible for all evil. We all make our own choices and either to play good or bad. Most of us choose to play bad, to play on satan's side, and that is why the world is filled with sin/evil.

people are responsible for all the bad in the world. God gives us free will-to have the freedom to do and think how and what we want. God doesnt force anything on us.
people make the choice to make bad things happen in the world and they (we) have the choice to allow it to continue or not. God try's to help us to see what's going on so that it can be stopped. but it's our choice whether we want to listen to Him or not.

No. And God did not create evil. Evil exists only as the absence of good. God makes good things.

The universe is balanced with equal amounts of good, bad.
If one gives out evil to the universe, the universe gives back
a like share and the cycle of evil continuous in that person so
long as they remain evil. If they convert to good deeds they get good back and a new cycle begins
