I keep hearing this phrase about women being barefoot in the kitchen. I know its got something sexist about it but I dont get what the 'barefoot' part has to do with it. Can someone please enlighten me? :) Thanks!

what about the baby?
i dont care what you do to your body, it is your choice, but why dont i ever hear from you about the baby's body?
is it that somehow the 8 month old babies who havent been born yet but are aborted cant feel, and the ones that are born at 6 months can?
babies at this stage are awake for 5-10% of the day, have rem sleep (dreaming), and are usually aborted by cutting the umbilical cord, thus suffocating the baby.
why have i never heard an answer for this from a pro-abortionist on this?
can you answer? if so plz do.

I was a California teen in the 1960's and have seen the evolvement of society. Why, with so much overall awareness and insight do people still focus on skin color? I would think a person's personal preference might be valid only to the point if one is attracted to long vs short hair, strong features vs softer features, guy / girl next type look vs exotic look, plump vs thinner, darker vs lighter skin, status, humor, quiet vs more assertive etc. etc. etc. When a person is seen within we all have the same body organs, blood, bones etc. It's the temperment, heart, soul, humor, mind etc. that's of interest to someone that is in the visual that appeals to them. I wish people would stop with the white verses other color race already. Color is variety...it's the personalty and heart that's of truth. We are not he minds of the ignorance of generations past. Sincerely . . . enlighten me . . . why does society still focus on the color a persons skin so much?

I am a complete ***** to alot of people, i dont try to be that way i just am. Dont get me wrong i treat all of my friends like they are the best thing in the world, but it seems that every guy i meet or talk to tells me he loves me. I'm not a very loveable person. I have crazy mood swings and i dont generally tell people im sorry about them, becase i dont feel sorry, and it's not my problem if they decide to be mad at me. But i feel that love is so much more than just wanting to sleep with someone, so why do all these guys believe they love me? I dont lead people on, and i am very straight forward about how i feel about a person. So how else can i stop this from happening?

Be honest. I'm just curious.

the worst thing i've done was actually all in one day. before school i drank 4 beers and a shot of gin on a half empty stomach and then went to school, then about 3rd period, i ditched a period just for the hell of it and then at lunch, i snuck off campus with my friend and we bought a pack of cigarettes and then smoked a couple, and then the last period of the day i ditched also with my other friends and then went home. I could have gotten suspended for being intoxicated at school, a saturday school for ditching 3rd period, a saturday school and suspension for smoking and going off campus at lunch and then another saturday school for ditching 6th period but i didn't get any of that because i didn't get caught...not trying to brag or nothing. i just want to see what everyone else has done.

Just curious. What would happen if most of the U.S. troops were withdrawn, and only the very best-trained remained in Iraq to help keep the peace? Maybe some of the problem is that there are too many American faces around. Maybe instead of sending more troops, only those with the most experience with dealing with Middle Eastern cultures should remain. Instead of relying on a bigger show of force - we would be relying on the best of the best and show we don't want to "occupy" a foreign country - rely a little more on God and not on the military.
