It is necessary to understand the Catholic notion of "immaculate conception" to get the answer to this. It does not refer to a virgin giving birth (which is, in any case, biologically impossible -- no source of a y chromosome). It rather refers to the idea that god would have wanted the mother of Jesus to be without sin, so erased sin from her as part of the deal. Obviously, there can be no evidence applicable to this, either for or against.

A clarification: The "Immaculate Conception" refers to the conception of Mary, not Jesus. The "Immaculate" part indicates she was exempt from the "effects of Original Sin", unlike everyone else.
Perhaps you are thinking of the Incarnation of Jesus, technically known as parthenogenesis. No example of this has ever been documented in history, although dubious claims have been made. One problem is that, even if an ovum had complete DNA and were to self-germinate, effectively it would be a clone of the mother, i.e. female.

Actually most people do not understand the RC doctrine of the Immaculate Conception. They think that it is about the conception of Jesus. It is about the conception of Mary. This in not dogma in the Eastern (Orthodox) Church, it is only in the Roman Church.
So if you are asking if there ever was any other occurrence in the history of the world of a Virgin giving birth, I am sorry to say, yes. There were times before the time of Mary, in other countries where young women would say that their pregnancy just happened out of nowhere. I don't believe it, but it has been said before.

Have no idea what "emaculate conception" might be.
Probably you are asking about Immaculate Conception?
Only ONE instance in HUMAN history.
Though there are some species that do it all the time.

If we take the timing of Marys conception than Historically Mary was the only woman to conceive a child through Immaculate Conception!
If the biblical account is not historical enough for you than I feel sorry for you!!

I heard a story from the Civil War where a pellet from a shot gun went through a mans testicles and then into a woman's womb impregnating her in what may have been the worlds first artificial insemination. She apparently was a virgin. The story goes on that the two eventually married and had more kids but none of the successive kids look as much like the father as the first

It's immaculate conception. Gullibility being an attribute of human nature, a billion or more people believe it occurred.
