I mean why couldn't God be female, or Emo, (which is not quite male but not totally female), for that matter.

If there is a God I would hope it would have the characteristics of neither male nor female. Human characteristics at all might flaw the Deity. We humans are a sad state, I would want a God that was perfect.

He has both characteristics. The logic goes this way. First He created Adam in His image. And from Adam He removed a large part of that female component and created Eve. With that as the logic basis, God created Adam and Eve in His image, that holding true then we have not distorted scripture to achieve the premise for the conclusion of God being both male and female characteristically speaking..

As far as Christianity goes, God being refered to as a "he" was simply a way to show that God was not an inpersonable "it". However even in the Old Testament a few femanine names are attributed to God. God is genderless, and in my opinion gender in humans and even animals to an extent simply represent different aspects of God and how we, both female and male, were created in God's image. In other words, females are representitive of God, and so are males. Thus, God is neither.
-Edit By the way, nice play on words, lol

Because he isn't female. He is male, He has his Goddess by his side. I'm sure she has importance in the Heavenly scheme of things but the ruling of the universe is done by God. The scriptures tell us it is so and that is all we need to know! We are to live by faith.

God has boobs!
I Peter 2:2-3 "Like newborn babies you should crave - thirst for, earnestly desire- the pure spiritual milk, that by it you may be nurtured and grow unto salvation; Since you have tasted the goodness and kindness of the Lord."
Numbers 11:12 "Have I conceived all this people? Have I brought them forth, that You should say to me, Carry them in your bosom, as a nursing father carries the sucking child, to the land which You swore to their fathers? "
