Yes.
But that is because the language would lack a better word for
the cultural bias that you feel towards a group that some would say constituted a "race".
If you called someone a "cultural-biasist" they may think you had spat upon them and bonk you in the beezer.

Humankind is divided into cultures and skin colors. Isn't a box of crayons divided into various colors? Isn't the earth divided into different expanded ' neighborhoods ' simply divided by bodies of water, mountains? The issue of race and racism is so tiring to me. I think focus would be more of . . . " Is that person thought to be mean or nice ?" Humans are beautifully and uniquely different colors, temperaments, traditions. Sameness would be boring.

I think the obvious answer is no. And the question is sort of oxymoronic in that, if there is a belief in no humankind division based on race, culture or otherwise, racism, by its simplest definition, cannot exist, right?

Yes, because even if we change what we call it, the meaning is still there. It would seem like white-washing (for a lack of a better word) to those that have been at the brunt of it. If people can become Holocaust deniers, they can easily deny the existence of racism, sexism, etc.
