Did you go out there this morning, or are you planning to today?
Is it worth it to get shoved around and pushed and get an attitude from some "zealous" shoppers?
I don't get it. I don't want to get trampled on, and wild crowds are scary.
How do you feel about the rush of shopping the day after Thanksgiving?If you are out there or plan on it, are the "bargains" reall good??

That was the year that the word "dinosaur" was first made up and used.

Before this they were usually called dragons (on land), serpents (in the sea) or monsters.

In the Bible they are called dragons, Leviatan, Behemoth and maybe unicorn.

Of course it doesn't. .... .. . .In the case of 'Kramer', Richard __(I can't think of his last name), and his offensive remarks towards blacks at the Laugh Factory Comedy Club, why have the 2 black guys that he was yelling the 'n' word at, now gotten a high profile lawyer and think they are due 'compensation' ???

My Mom has Alzheimers and is in the nursing home. My side of the family doesn't seem very excited about getting together anymore. What can I do to make it more fun? I am having it at my house. I was thinking of things like stealing gift game or as seen on tv gift exchange. I am thinking more for the adults. The kids always have a great Christmas. Plus I am not thinking of the Christian Aspect. We will be doing that ON Christmas Eve and Christmas. I just want a fun family celebration that would make my Mom proud.

Don't the hispanics and other minorities realize that only a few will get rich...on the backs of the ones who work....when you represent a cause you always get rich..when you donate to one...you get poorer...look at Afica.....we have been giving to them for decades the only thing to improve are the advertisements.

I understand why Muslim women where the head scarf (sorry I dont know the correct names), which in my opinion looks very nice on a lot of women and I understand the religious reasons behind it. But why do some women choose to where the veil, from what I understand that does not have a religous meaning, its a personal choice. So why do some women choose to wear it when they dont have to?
I recently read about a case in Egypt where a woman had been asked to remove her veil (simialr to the couple of cases here in the UK), so if a predomently Muslim country has similar issues with it, why do some still choose too?
I'm not slating those that do, simply trying to find out why?

Please help me determine if I am a racist or a "realist". I worked for the UN for 7 years flying supplies into third world countries...I received no love from those people , only getting shot at. That includes Mexico where I flew C-130's into Southern Mexico , only to be robbed while trying to give food to those hungry. Prior to this, I personally delivered food to projects after graduating from college to try and help make a difference only to be robbed on an average of twice per month. I have two knife wounds to prove it....am i a racists or have I just learned the hard way..
