To answer your question,

No, dragons are not dinosaurs. Dragons are mythical, dinosaurs are real but extinct.

The dragon is a mythical creature typically depicted as a large and powerful serpent or other reptile, with magical or spiritual qualities. Mythological creatures possessing some or most of the characteristics typically associated with dragons are common throughout the world's cultures

Doubtful, although it is possible that the creatures that were/are called dragons were some distant descendant of them. Interesting side note...the Chinese word for Dragon and the word for Dinosaur are the same word. Does make one wonder.

the dinosaur may be extinct but there are some of their relatives living among us today. and please don't forget the being called the kimono dragon whom some believe is a relative of either the dragons or dinosaurs.

this question assumes that dragons actually existed. i don't believe they did. there's no evidence besides legends and tales. true, they are almost ubiquitous in all cultures, but that doesn't mean that they existed.
