My unlce he passed yesterday..he had been saved days before that. He was not in his right mind at the time because he had cancer and it was in his brain which made him not so alert and very confused. When he prayed with the preacher, how do I know that he knew what he was doing? I don't. I want so badly to know he is in a better place.

I have never been a real Christian. I mean I think I beleive, but at the same time I havent lived as I do, if that makes sense? So bear with me if I do not know alot.

When loved ones die do they go straight to heaven or do they go to a purgatory (waiting room)? What happens to their souls?

Some people beleive that the brain is matter and once it is non fucntional it is dead therefore no longer exists. I disagree, I think there is a soul that powers that body. Not matter. The soul of the person, does it stay here with us?

This may sound weird, but I was with him until his last breath. I FELT him with us after that.

If you are a Christian , would you consider it to be a sin to read a book of another religion (ex -The Satanic Bible) as a result of curiosity. I mean, it's not like you are worshipping the devil or disobeying god, you just want to know about Satanists and what is thier philosophy. I'm just asking this because a lot of Christians seem to be giving false answers about Modern Satanism ,which obviosly means they don't know one thing about it. And if you do know, but just gave a false answer, wouln't that be a sin? Thou shall not lie?

Every day it just seems to me that all we need is the right leader and we would have another Holocaust in the Western world it seems that tons of people now think that Muslims are the enemy of the world and want nothing but to kill people and in the U.S. there are also tons of people who think immigrants are parasites and deserve to die with both groups I would not be surprised if they where shoved of to camps like the Nazis did or just simply killed again like what the Nazis did to the Jews I know that the majority of the public still thinks something like this would be a crime against humanity but it just seems like there are lots of people who have learned nothing from the past and would probably not think twice before committing a crime as horrible as what the Nazis did so what do you think could there be another Holocaust?

He is the nicest guy I've ever met. He is thoughtful, considerate, humble, and kind. He does volunteer work for the homeless shelter. He gives to charity. He helps old ladies cross the road. He comforts friends and family when they need comforting. He is there for people when they are sad. He speaks kindly of others. He encourages people when they need encouragement. He gives blood. When a bird was sick, he nursed it back to health. When he is at home alone in his bedroom, he likes to download pictures of nude underage girls and masturbate to them. He does NOT have any children. He is NOT near any children in his daily life. He does NOT stalk children or hang around places where children are. He does NOT chat with kids online. He has NEVER touched a child inappropriately. He does NOT believe that he ever would, and does not consider himself to be a threat to society in any way. He knows that if he were to be caught, he would go to jail. He can't seek "help" for his "problem", because it isn't something you can just look up in the yellow-pages, and because he knows that by even telling anyone his secret, he would risk ruining his life. So what do you think about this guy?

As A Christian who has read the Torah, I am Wondering alot of things about Judiasm lately.....I should really visit a synagogue, but I'd probably look like an idiot.

Do they have a holy place in a synagogue, with an ark, lampstand, the 2 alters and a table?? Are there scrolls in every synagogue?

Obviously due to animal rights there are no more burnt offerings in Western Judiasm. Is there anywhere? Do you do incense offerings to the L-rd? Offerings are a big part of the law from what I read....when did this stop? Do you offer money, or anything else instead? I would love to know about some of these things.

Bless you all, O Isreal!

Sincerely, David

I am not trying to come off as an atheist or anything like that because I believe in God and believe that the theory of how the universe was created is a little more complicated than the "Big Bang Theory". I just want to point out that over the past few years some of those who "claim" to be christian have been caught doing some questionable things. For example...preachers molesting altar boys, pastors using church as an excuse to take peoples money, and in the past using christianity to justify murdering people. With all these aspects you would see christianity as being the religion with the most corruption happening within it...next to Islam. With this being said it's funny how some christians disrespect other peoples religions and seem to think that they are superior to everyone else. I was just wondering how everyone else felt about this.

If the organization did not actually prophesy the end in 1925 and 1975, then how come so many Witnesses left the faith immediately afterwards? ("They lost roughly three-quarters of the movement between 1925 and 1928, then suffered huge losses after 1975, when the end didn't come as they had implied over and over again," said Jim Penton, an ex-Witness who writes entries on Jehovah's Witnesses for the Encyclopedia Americana.)

If the Watchtower organization rejects others calling them "inspired" yet the Watchtower organization does call themselves "God's Spirit-directed Prophet" what is the difference? Is there such a thing as an "uninspired prophet"? See Organization claims inspiration
