My boss is an arrogant, agressive, overly opiniated jerk most of the time with all the qualties of a true SOB - except she is a woman. If this were a man, I could punch him in the mouth or at least have a serious conversation about his attitude - but I feel this is inappropriate given she is female.

so why... when we KNOW this book has been "messed with" so much.. why do we still take it as the "word of god" do we really think the true word of God would come in the form of a book that MANY a man has had a chance to alter.

God is in your heart and soul. Why do people still thump on the bible as credible??

She asked me the other day, after watching a show about twinning, what would happen during rapture if one person, in a set of conjoined twins was saved, and the other one was not, how would God do that? Would the unsaved one get a free pass? I didnt really know how to answer her amusing question, so what do you think?

This question is for all my bi or lesbian ladies. My girlfriend & I have been dating for about 7 1/2 months now, & everything was fine. She would take me shopping, tell me every minute on the minute that she loves me & that I'm her "Aphrodite", & she would sit down & just talk to me about anything, anything at all that was bugging her. But suddenly she started to change. She got distant from me, doesn't express how she feels to me, & she doesn't even tell that she loves me anymore. I've asked if there's someone else, but she told me there wasn't. I've asked her is she still attracted to me, & she says that she still is. I don't know what to do anymore. I can't get her to talk to me about how she feels, & it tears me apart at night. Please, someone help me in my time of need.

I was reading a friends blog, and found that as a result of her asking questions she was seen as not a believer. Dont you think if indeed there is a god, knowing him, or her would be about asking questions. Just wondering.. And dont say that religion dosent do that. Where does the term god works in mysterious ways, this to justify our reasoning for not questioning.. And the church tells you to not question god. Well I think that it is very thing we should do

I am very into spirituality and trying to make the best of my life....I do everything with kindness and happiness...For the past year an a half I have been extremely happy and even though everything wasn't perfect, I was content with the events of my life....I understand bad things happen to everyone but I always overcame them...For the past month or so I have been experiencing one bad thing after another and I don't know why? I keep doing nice things to hopefully turn it back around on myself but I just keep loosing. I keep asking for help from angels and God but nothing is working...What can I do? Like the US and Canada, the Mexican postal service has official abbreviations for the states within Mexico. I want to find the list of official state abbreviations. I went to the Mexican Postal Service website (http://www.sepomex.gob.mx/) and as far as I can figure out I can get neat lists of Mexican "zip codes" but couldn't find the list of state abbreviations. Of course, it doesn't help that I'm only marginally conversant in Spanish... I can dope my way around the website but can't actually "read" it. I tried scanning through the site map but the language barrier was just too much for me.

We just have to quite smoking for 24 hrs, I'm doing it no matter how much I "twist on the hook", lets slay this beast once and for all, I swear I'll do it no matter what, then I'm just going to stay "Quit", if we can make it through just 24 hrs, thats the toughest part, then we're on our way, c'mon lets do it !

I don't. My criteria are (from most to least important)
1) virtuous, especially faithful
2) pleasant to be around
3) things in common
4) good looks and/or sexy voice don't hurt, but if he's met the other criteria, then he's already sexy!

I don't give a sh*t about $. If anything, I wouldn't WANT him to be rich. I can't stand macho men. A masculine yet MORAL man is what turns me on. And I know they exist.

Americans say "God bless America". What if people in Iraq say "God bless Iraq". (I am using Iraq as an example. I know their believes are different and they might worship a different kind of god). Who is God going to bless?
