I am trying to find out how thanksgiving is celebrated in the Philippines as apposed to the US Thanksgiving. I am doing a research paper for school and was wondering if anyone knows any kind of information that might help? Thanks

I don't believe the Philippines could celebrate a "Thanksgiving" like the US. If I remember correctly, Thanksgiving is a declared Holiday to commemorate the feast and celebration between the early pilgrims or explorers of North America and the native Indians that were originally here. It wouldn't make sense for the Philippines to copy that Holiday as well unless there was ever a similar feast or celebration recorded in Philippines history.

Do they even have a Thanksgiving? I thought only the US and Canada had Thanksgiving.

Not every country celebrates Thanksgiving. Have you determined if they even do? Here is a list of their holidays;
