I don't. My criteria are (from most to least important)
1) virtuous, especially faithful
2) pleasant to be around
3) things in common
4) good looks and/or sexy voice don't hurt, but if he's met the other criteria, then he's already sexy!
I don't give a sh*t about $. If anything, I wouldn't WANT him to be rich. I can't stand macho men. A masculine yet MORAL man is what turns me on. And I know they exist.

But I'm 20! And as far as primal instincts go, it would be the masculinity, but not $ and a damn ferrari. Those things turn me off for some reason because it says that he's trying to compensate for being a p*ssy.

Biologically I'd be attracted to the MAN, not a stupid car. Masculinity combined with morality is what drives me wild and instinctively if someone's boastful it tells me to stay away because he's obviously compensating for something that fraud!

men think that because there are certain types of girls that are into that thing and those are the kinds of girls they hope to attract. also guys that are like that are often lacking in personality or other things and are trying to compensate for their inadequacies

Because its a macho ego thing that some men feel they need to do to stroke their ego. Having money is more of a headache than anything. Trying to impress women with money is BS in my book. Most people like that are driving a rented car or the bank owns the car, and they want women to think they are a highly successful macho man! Yeah they make me want to puke!! Men that are men, and that (really) have money don't do things that way to begin with. I agree with everything you are saying, and I too have wondered about this type of thing. Have Fun!!!
PS. I have been looking for a woman that is like this for years, but not too many of them are around. Most of them do go after the money, so they can brag to their girlfriends about what they landed while fishing.

Men think they need money and a fancy car to attract a girl because men are accustomed to seeing desireable women in the company of such men. Plain and simple. By and large, women are attracted to the QUALITIES of a man, not his material possessions. However, it seems that certain personal qualities of a man just seem to attract money, and nice cars, as well as desireable women. This is no great mystery. Such men have the aura of "deservedness." This feature is attractive to many, though not all women. It is axiomatic, if a man acts as if he deserves the best, and he chooses "Betty," then "Betty" must be the best. I'm sure "Betty feels pretty special for a while. Most men confuse the material trappings with the results. It's the attitude that counts.

Had to answer this one. First to any girls answering this that say they do not like guys with money and nice things, you are probably under the age of 14. To any others who say the same thing but are older then that are lying. I here this all the time, I just want a nice guy who treats me good or I don't care how much money he has. That is what women say on the outside but inside it is human nature for the female to search for the Alpha male. This happens in all species from primates to birds. This is the same here, you all want the Alpha male on the inside. I am a nice guy and I treat women very well but put me next to a good looking, rude, obnoxious jerk and he gets the girl every-time. I am not offended by that because it lets me know up front she is not the one for me. Men think women want men with money and nice things, because they do and show this all the time. It is human nature, it is all nature in every species, why would ours be different.

Money and a fancy car are ways of showing the female this one has a great territory for hunting and he has the ability to maintain and protect this territory.
When the woman sees this her thoughts go to the same primal place the man is already at! She sees a man who can provide for her throughout the lifespan of their offspring. This insures progeny.
It's very primal and as basic as we get. The man wants a good woman, and the woman wants a good man. Both male and female want this for the security of their family. It's been like that for more than seventy millenniums, and will continue to be like that as long as this planet holds mammals, and the human race.
Hope this answers your curiosity ms. turnah.

i would. but not for a fat ***** who says thats what she wants.. i'd spend 100K on a car anyway cuz I like carsfast and if it also impresses the right kind of girl then thats just all the more reason to do it. like if the girl is super pretty and shy and loyal/ faithful.. i would do it. but don't do it for this one.. she seems like a golddigger

Because some girls require lots of money and a nice car along with the other attributes. I certainly do. I was raised with money and privilege and I'm not lowering my standards now.

Asking for sexy looks and a sexy voice is the same thing. It's something you can't change easily or at all.

I once dated a Dr with a Lotus, a house on the lake, and a very tiny little d*ck.
He was awful in bed, but he did give good oral.
