A little fellow got a lat start to school one morning so he took a shortcut. He snagged his pants on a barbed wire fence, ripping a hole in his seat. He searched through his pockets and found one safety pin. He pinned up his pants as well as he could and hurried on to school. School was already in session when he arrived. As he hung up his coat, his teacher said " Johnny, I see you're a little behind". "Yeah" said johnny, " but if i had another pin you couldnt".

I mean I can be thankful to my parents for having me, and thankful to the farmers for raising such a nice fat turkey. But, is that un-atheist of me to observe this holiday? Just curious what my fellow atheists think about it. Go ahead and bash me bible-humpers, if you want to, I will ignore you.

Normally this doesnt happen even for one person. But two? If you are by yourself you just sit silently ...if you are the type that can take it in. But if you in a group there is so much to conquer. I mean most people are out to prove that paranormal does not exist because it scares them so much. So if someone tasked you to do it, how would you witness a paranormal event with someone else if you were already convinced that it exists and you run the risk that they may not be able to sense it?

My son is seven. That is the first Christmas I remember. I want to give him the best Christmas ever....this will be our first as a family together on Christmas.

My answer: it was 1978 or 79. I woke up to find the Millenuim Falcon, and all the Star Wars action figures that were available at that time....WOW! Thanks Santa!

This is my boyfriend and I's first thanksgiving together and we have to go to his dad's, his mom's, and my family's thanksgiving dinners. Mine starts at 12 and his both start at 1. Mine is about 20mins away from his dads. But his mom's is about a half hour away from his dads. We want to be able to spend time with everyone, and everyone wants to spend time with us. How long should we stay at each place? When would leaving be considered rude, timewise that is?

My mom is turning 39. And... I am 18.
