Everything. I came into this world with nothing and I will leave the same way except I will leave with the gift of salvation.

If he was here and he was hungry, I would feed him. If he was thirsty, I would give him water. If he was naked, I would get him clothes. If he was sick, I would tend to him. All of these I would do for any man, not because some silly book of bad poetry written by some goatherd thousands of years ago told me to, because I've been terrorized with the threat of eternal damnation or because I want some reward in the sky when I die, but because it's right to do.
Why are these things less important to you than publicly patting yourself on the back for sacrifices you know you will never have to make?

I have to turn away from my wordly life, after I repented and become born again. I turn away from my sins, try to live a holy live. My thoughts, my dreams, my mind are all for God (2 Tim 2:21 and 2 Cor 10:5)
Walk as Jesus walked, so basically, to be in total submission to Jesus and His word (1John 2:6)
Not live to myself, but live to God (2Cor 5:15)
Not to seek after my own heart desires/will, but do all according to His will. (Numbers 15:39)
I gave up my pride and self righteouse, and learn humility and humble myself. (Matt 23:12)

You should worship the Father not the Son. Jesus himself said that the "Father is greater than I". Granted we are thankful for Jesus and his sacrifice, but do no worship the creation over the creator.

Jesus doesn't ask us to give up anything for Him. He's made the sacrifice.
Luke 17:17-19 And Jesus answering said, Were there not ten cleansed? but where are the nine? There are not found that returned to give glory to God, save this stranger. And he {Jesus} said unto him {the one who returned}, Arise, go thy way: thy faith hath made thee whole.
